The City of Possibility was born out of a dream to construct a world class planned community to the glory of God. In the City, we envision retail, residential and mixed use spaces. We envision a community where residents will be able to shop and work where they live and play. Our location in Eastern Henrico County serves a diverse population, and presents a unique opportunity.
We dream of building a premier, mixed-use community incorporating the highest possible architectural standards. We dream of a world-class children’s center with an excellent sta serving thousands of children; of a “spray park” where children can play, of a “bark park” where our four-legged friends can stretch out and run.
We dream of parks and trails where families can relax, play tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball and football as they enjoy leisure together. We dream of a worship center seating thousands, a counseling center, an elementary school, a performing arts facility, a community life center, a medical facility and spaces for our businesses to prosper and grow as we serve one another.
We dream of several neighborhoods at varying price points, an active adult community for empty nesters and early seniors, an assisted living community complete with memory care facilities, in addition to communities designed for millennials, and families with young children that will make this a wonderfully dynamic and exciting place to live.
We dream of a thriving, dynamic, and resilient community that will transform the growth of Eastern Henrico County. We dream of building this community as national model of collective empowerment where a series of diverse neighborhoods, community gardens, and neighborhood-driven enterprises foster and support the core principles of our faith, empowering people to grow. We dream of not just building buildings, but building people to the glory of God.
