Listing and Transaction Coordination work as a united team and provide a seamless transition from Listing to Pending to Sold. Our team includes a professionally trained Listing Coordinator who oversees your listing from the moment the paperwork is signed until your home receives its first offer. They employ effective marketing strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers. In addition, our Transaction Team plays a vital role in reducing the stress of paperwork management, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate database, and managing the overflow of communication in your email inbox. By taking care of these administrative tasks, our teams provide you with more free time to focus on reaching your business goals. The relationships we establish will have a lasting impact on your brand, business, and, most importantly, your clients.

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
What are the hours of Transaction and Listing Coordination? Our team works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Please note, the office will be closed on federal holidays. How do I start using Transaction Coordination? Once you reach mutual acceptance, you can either submit the purchase and sale agreement via email or through our website, www.JohnLScottTLC.com. Please be sure to include the fully signed around purchase and sale agreement and any additional addendums (Pre-Approval Letter, JLS Disclosures, Counteroffers, etc.), as well as contact information for your client if not stated on the purchase and sale agreement. Please contact team lead, Kimberly Gogan, with any questions. What happens when my listing goes mutual? Transaction Coordination services your transaction regardless of the side you represent. How do I submit a new listing? To submit a new listing, please email Kim Nobis at LCBM@johnlscott.com or you may choose a package on our website, www.JohnLScottTLC.com. Please include the listing service request form to ensure a timely setup. If possible, please give listing coordination more than a 24-hour notice before a listing needs to go live. Are the marketing costs (flyers, permaflyers, brochures, etc.) covered by the listing coordination fee? The creation of the marketing is included in the listing coordination costs. Any printing done outside the office will be at the expense of the broker. How do I pay for Transaction and Listing Coordination? Upon closing, the LC and TC fee will be paid out by commissions. There is NO charge for contract termination.

Having grown up in Washington State and enduring a lifetime of rainy and chilly weather, my husband and I made the decision to relocate to sunny California, accompanied by our beloved Husky. The warm sunshine, the allure of the ocean, and the countless opportunities for exploration in California captivate me. Although my background primarily involved fitness instructing, my unexpected venture into the real estate field has now spanned over 5 years, with many more to come. The relationships I forge with brokers and clients are what I eagerly anticipate, and my innate talent for customer service makes Transaction Coordination an ideal match for my personality and ambitions.
Kym Wolford In 2013, my husband and I embarked on a new adventure as we bid farewell to Arizona and embraced the Pacific Northwest, and we haven't regretted our decision for a moment. With two decades of experience in the Real Estate and Property Management industry, I have developed a deep affection for this field. Delivering exceptional customer service is where I truly shine, and my attention to detail is a skill I take great pride in. As a Transaction Coordinator, I have the privilege of collaborating with diverse agents, each transaction presenting a unique opportunity. When I'm not immersed in work, I find joy in embarking on road trips alongside my husband and two dogs, cherishing quality time with our loved ones.
Amy Yegan From my earliest memories, I found great delight in gazing at the houses that lined the narrow streets of Tehran while my father drove. It made me ponder why I didn't pursue a career in architecture and instead ended up in law school. Nevertheless, fate led me to specialize in Real Estate law, and since relocating to the United States, I have immersed myself in the realm of Real Estate, gaining invaluable expertise along the way. As a Transaction Coordinator, I find immense satisfaction in the fusion of building relationships and assisting diverse individuals, all while expanding my knowledge of legal matters. JLS Listing Coordination
Kim Nobis In May 1993, I became a member of the administrative support team at John L. Scott Real Estate. My role primarily involves handling various tasks related to listing processing, administration, and coordination at the branch office. Some of my responsibilities include managing the Multiple Listing Service and the John L. Scott website to ensure the smooth submission of listed properties. Additionally, I handle tasks such as ordering sign installations, opening preliminary titles, and designing marketing materials like property flyers, door hangers, social media posts, postcards, and property feature cards. I also assist in scheduling public and broker open house events, recognizing the importance of real-time marketing and helping brokers achieve their objectives.
