Standing and smiling while on the phone increases the engagement for both you and the person you are speaking with.

→ TEXTING Open a conversation with a GIF, Bitmoji, or a quick video of you. "I was thinking about you..." Ask them about something that’s important to them. For example: “How is Jannie doing with soccer?”

Give several options... “Let’s grab a coffee or have a phone or video call. Does Wednesday or Thursday work for you?”
