Our Excellence Scholars

Each term, the Excellence Programme recognises exceptional student engagement in the classroom with our school values, including among others Resolve, Ambition and Innovation. Excellence pins are awarded to students for excellence in five subjects in Years 7 to 11 – as well as for two subjects in the Lower and Upper Sixth. Congratulations to all this term’s deserving recipients of this accolade! n

Harrow and the Hill Community Day

As members of the Harrow family of schools, the John Lyon and Quainton Hall community took part in activities at the Harrow and Hill Community Day on 30 April to mark the 450th anniversary of Harrow School. John Lyon pupils supported the event with contributions to the music, drama, CCF and archery lineups, whilst our prep pupils from Quainton Hall performed some spectacular Bollywood dances! It was a wonderful day and a truly memorable occasion on the Hill for all who attended with so many great events taking place from exhibitions, games, amazing food and much more. n
