The region: The Médoc area is full of vineyards and pine trees, located between the Gironde estuary and the ocean. This region has a temperate climate, and the best way to discover it is on foot. The prestigious wine route, the little fishing ports, on foot or by bike along the Vélodyssée cycle paths: rediscover time for yourself!
Things to see: The châteaux of Médoc, off the Pointe de Grave Cordouan, the oldest lighthouse in France, and only 9km from the town of Soulac and its 500 Silver Coast villas. Further south, there is Lacanau and its surf competitions, and the Bay of Arcachon. And of course, Bordeaux, listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site with its unique 18th century architecture.

The region: Situated in the heart of Aquitaine, the Landes of Gascony extends majestically over pine forests opening out onto the ocean, against a backdrop of brightly coloured skylines. The largest pine forest in Europe can be found in the Landes, with footpaths marked out in the flaming undergrowth of heather and broom.
Things to see: Situated nearby, the Lake of Léon is well worth a visit for a boat trip in down the Courant d’Huchet nature reserve amidst the flowering hibiscus and giant ferns. Medieval Béarn lies to the South-East, where the towns of Orthez, Navarrenx, Saliés de Béarn and Pau reserve many a surprise for visitors. To the South, the Basque Coast is a true real delight: Biarritz and the port of SaintJean-de-Luz are must-see coastal resorts, and the village of Sare and La Rhune mountain will not fail to impress. Pitch : The basic price includes a pitch for a tent, caravan, or campervan and a vehicle, the number of guests (varies according to period – see prices) and access to the sanitary facilities and the infrastructures. Rented Accommodation : Our accommodation units are fully equipped. The basic price including the maximum number of people is variable according to the type of unit (see prices). How to book: Complete the booking form and send it back to the centre you have chosen or to the correspondent, along with the corresponding deposit: Pitch and rented accommodation: 25% of the total amount + €30 admin fees. On receipt of your completed booking form with the deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. If we cannot satisfy your request, we will return your deposit. The pitch number given is indicative and may be modified according to operational needs. Payment: French Cheques, postal orders (national or international), “chèques vacances” holiday vouchers, credit cards or cash. Pitches: the balance must be paid on the day of arrival. Rented accommodation: the balance must be paid at the latest one month before the first day of rental. Failing payment within this time, your booking will be cancelled. Price apply the required rate of VAT. V.A.T. : The rental prices listed in this catalogue are all taxes included. The V.A.T rate on the date of publication of this catalogue is the actual rate of 10%. Any change in this rate between the booking date and arrival date, will result in the modification of the rental prices all taxes included accordingly. Arrival and departure times: Refer to the individual price lists of each centre. Exceeding these times will result in an extra night being charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the period rented will be invoiced. If you do not turn up, once 24 hours have passed with no written news from you, your pitch or unit will be taken, without refunding the deposit or admin fees. Internal rules: All customers must comply with the internal rules of the Centre (F.E.N. charter). We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person whose behaviour is against naturist criteria. Animals: Certain centres accept animals (see price lists). You must present the vaccination record of your animal. Rabies vaccination and tattoos are compulsory. Animals are generally prohibited in accommodation units. Deposits: A deposit (variable according to the centre) may be required for keys or access cards. For rented accommodation: a €150 deposit is required on arrival. It will be refunded at the end of the stay or sent to you after your departure once any necessary refurbishment costs have been deducted for damaged or missing equipment. Depending on the centre, a flat rate may be withheld if the unit has not been cleaned before your departure (see prices). Cancellation: Any balance not paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be result in the booking being cancelled. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be due or withheld: admin fees, an amount equal to 25% of the total cost if you cancel more than 16 days before the planned arrival date, the total cost if you cancel less than 16 days before the planned arrival date or if you do not turn up on that date. In cases where the cancellation is due to the operator of the Centre, except cases of force majeure, the client will be refunded all sums paid. Cancellation insurance: See the particular conditions of each Camping Village and get information from each one. Under no circumstances may naturist cards or admin fees be refunded. Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to take out insurance. The Centre declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, weather conditions, etc. and in cases of incidents covered by the civil liability of the client. The client releases the centre of all responsibility for damage caused by falling branches, pine cones, weather, natural disasters, theft, broken windscreens, etc. Jurisdiction: France 4 Naturism may not be held responsible for the service provisions and undertakings made by the camping villages. The description of facilities in the catalogue is the sole responsibility of the owners or operators. Non-contractual photos and texts. In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal d’Instance or the Tribunal de Grande Instance of the town of the Centre will have sole jurisdiction.
