Six Figure Mentors - The Story of an Online Marketer The one day you wake up and your life completely changes. You are ready to move forward with your life and do something foreign. You don't know how you're going to do it, but you are willing to weather the storm. Eyes Wide Open You ever wake up and ask yourself where is my life going? Or do you ask yourself why am I still doing this? Well, that was me a year ago. I was unsure what my life’s purpose was and I wanted to make a change. That’s when I started to consider an Online Business. My life was good. I was 30 years young, I had a nice 2 story house in a clean neighborhood and a brand new 2015 Mercedes Benz. However, when waking up in the morning, I wasn’t tap dancing to work. I was excited to start the day. I felt like I was being pushed through this machine and I knew something had to change for me. 1/3
Among the Greats I begin to look around at everything and question why I wasn’t totally fulfilled. I knew something was off and I was determined to find the solution to my problem. So, I begin to pick up books and educate myself on some of the most successful people of our time. I began to notice a pattern of persistence and outstanding achievements. I studied people like Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Gary Veynerchuck, Tai Lopez, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan… and these iconic people, at one period of their lives, had a burning desire to become great at 1 thing and they never wavered despite all challenges that came there way.
Life's Purpose I picked up on that and ran with it. I was determined to find that one thing and it was to become a World Class Digital Marketer. In 1 year, I must have read about 20 books about human behavior, millionaires mindset, and social media marketing. I went absolutely crazy about personal development and totally changed my mindset. The questions that I had to ask myself is: what do I want, why do I want it, and why don’t I already have them. I discovered that I wasn’t giving life my all. I also noticed that I wasn’t passionate about one specific thing and I didn’t have a burning desire to achieve massive results. But that all came to a screeching halt when I found out that I wanted to become an Online Marketer and start my own Online Business. Deep down inside, I wanted to own something of my own. I wanted to work and live life on my own terms; and more importantly, I wanted to help others who felt just like me.
