EDITOR’S NOTE - 1
Hello Loves, Aren’t you excited it’s finally summer? I’m super glad that we don’t have to stress so much about all those end of the year projects, AP exams, and finals (whew )! I had such an amazing time serving with my fellow Key Clubbers this past school year,
and I’m super sad that our seniors are leaving (but I’m absolutely sure that they’re off to bigger things)! I hope you all have an amazing summer, and hope to see you at some of the events we have planned in the future. - Joie Pfondevida; Historian, Rancho Cucamonga
CUCAMONGA CHALLENGE - 2
The Cucamonga Challenge was an amazing experience! We started off the event by signing off the runners that would participate in either the 10k or 5k run. We then went out and cheered on the runners and also helped give directions along the course! Watching the runners enjoy their run for such an amazing cause was truly motivational and heartwarming, each and every person who participated had so much passion and stayed strong all the way to the finish line. Once the runners made it to the end, they got to cross a big finish line and received a medal! Overall, this event was a great way to bond and support the community with my fellow Key Club members while we were cheering on the runners with different chants. -Zeinab Asim, Event Coordinator
KIWANIS CAR SHOW - 3
On Sunday, June 3rd, our Rancho Kiwanis held their 8th annual car show! At this event, Key Clubbers came as early as 6:30am to Farmer Boys to help set up the event. Once the event was up and running, we helped out where we could, whether it was helping to sell tickets for Rancho Kiwanis, or advertising other merchandise. In addition to all of this, Key Clubbers got to look around at all the unique and amazing cars that people brought to show off. Around 1:00pm, we began tearing everything down, and called it a day, being satisfied that we once again were able to help our fellow Kiwanis family with community service. -Galen Han, President

RCHS CLUB BANQUET - 5
Club banquet was a chance to come together as a school and as a division (other schools were invited too!) to celebrate our success in our past term and share our excitements for the incoming term. We celebrated with good food, music, awards, and auctioning members to raise some funds for PTP!
COUNTING FOR KIDS -6 The Counting for Kids event was a great event that helped out children in need of school supplies that are normally not accessible to them. We started off by packing and organizing the school supplies into boxes so that it could be given to the kids. We then counted left over items and organized them so that they could be put into boxes as well. There were a variety of items such as pencils, erasers, and stick notes. Overall it was a very fun event, it also felt really good knowing that children in need are being given brand new stuff! It was fun volunteering with Inland Empire United Way and we hope to volunteer with them in the future!
