Kelly Doucet

Regional Community Partnership Specialist Meijer

Kelly Doucet is a Fort Wayne, Indiana, native with a B.S. in Hospitality & Food Management from Ball State University. She is the Regional Community Partnerships Specialist with Meijer, working with 41 stores across Indiana and Kentucky. Her vast experiences in hospitality, office management, and community engagement have given her a unique leadership and relationship development perspective. She firmly believes that a good leader must be a great listener and someone with a willingness and a heart to serve.

She serves as President of The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, an Indianapolis Urban League Board Member, and a Ball State University Alumni Council member. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys working part-time at a candy store, discovering the hidden wonders of Indianapolis, and exploring local foodie havens with her family and friends.
