100 Black Men of Madison, Inc.
Dr. Floyd Rose is the current president of the 100 Black Men of Madison, Inc. 100 Black Men of Madison, Inc. began its operation in 1994 and was incorporated in 1995 as a nonprofit organization comprised of members from many professional disciplines in the greater Madison area. The Madison chapter was established to make a positive difference in the lives of area youth, especially African American males, through mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic development programs. 100 Black Men of Madison, Inc. is an affiliate of 100 Black Men of America, Inc.
Floyd started utilizing a career span of more than 40+ years; Floyd Rose has evaluated, analyzed, and developed policies for private and public sector organizations concerning marketing & sales growth, competitive analysis, procurement practices, human resource management, and operational planning. Additionally, Floyd Rose has an extensive history as an independent business owner and contractor guiding Fortune 500 Corporations, Government Bodies, and Educational Institutions.
Floyd Rose earned an A.A. from Black Hawk College, a B.S. from Illinois State University, an M.S. from Western Illinois University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.
Married to Life Partner Mary (met at Illinois State University), and they have been blessed with three children.
