Andre is the Director of Undergraduate & Adult Enterprise and the Program Director for the Strategic Leadership and Design graduate program in the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis. Andre’s professional career spans private and public sectors in operations, higher-ed administration, management, real estate, financial services, and information technology. Andre is also the cofounder of Edge Enterprise, LLC.

Andre serves as the President & Chairman of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Inc., cultivating the next generation of leaders through professional and personal development mentorship. Andre’s most significant contribution to the community is volunteering with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Inc for over 15 years. His leadership responsibility has been serving as Chairman of the Dollars & $ense Financial Literacy Scholarship Program for the past seven years.

He’s a recent graduate of Leadership Indianapolis- Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program class XLIII and the FBI Citizens Academy in Indianapolis. Andre has been recognized as a community emerging leader and a congressional recipient of the African American Excellence in Education Award in 2020.

Andre is a devoted husband and father with a strong passion for community involvement and civic leadership in Indianapolis. As a community leader, his philosophy is cultivating the next generation of leaders through professional and personal development mentorship. Andre’s most significant contribution to the community is volunteering with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Inc for over 15 years. Andre earned his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems at Indiana State University and his Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, IN.
