Michael W. Victorian is 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Mid-South District Representative, National Board Member, and 100 Black Men of America, Inc., Collegiate 100 Chairman. Mr. Victorian is a twice-retired Senior Client Executive with IBM Corporation and CMA Technology Solutions with a combined 40+ years in sales and marketing as a consistent top performer and award winner.

Mr. Victorian has served as a National Board Member of 100 Black Men of America in supporting chapters throughout the unified network across the United States in its mentoring, education, economic development and health and wellness efforts since July 2017.

In June 2017, Victorian received the 100 Black Men of America—Knight Leadership Award, named for the late Leonard Knight. The award recognizes a member who has demonstrated a solid organizational leadership commitment. Two years later, in June 1019, Victorian was awarded the 100 Black Men of America’s Wimberly Award, named after the late Bill Wimberly. This award honors a member who has demonstrated a unique commitment to volunteerism and mentoring our youth.

Mr. Victorian’s commitment to serving is utilized on the Baton Rouge Area Foundation’s Civic Leadership Initiatives Committee, Baton

Rouge Area Chamber Diversity and Inclusion Committee, board member of New Schools for Baton Rouge, Helix Community Schools, and is a member of the Gloryland Baptist Church where he previously served as a board member on the Gloryland Education Resource Center Foundation. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Victorian received a bachelor’s degree from Southern University and A&M College and is married to Kathy Victorian and has three adult children and seven grandchildren.
