In November 2022, Lee Fields joined the Bank of America team as Vice President/Financial Center Manager in Downtown Cleveland. In this role, he serves as a high-level director overseeing the comprehensive day-to-day operations of the financial center while creating and implementing strategies for expanding the customer base, growing existing accounts, and increasing sales.
Before joining Bank of America, Lee was Vice President, Community Development Officer at Premier Bank (2020 -2022) in Youngstown, Ohio, and Vice President, Community Development Manager at First Federal Lakewood (2012 -2019) Lakewood, Ohio. In these roles, he was involved with economic and community development, corporate CRA, urban planning, housing needs assessment, and revitalization projects in several Northeast Ohio markets. Lee worked closely with numerous nonprofit organizations and government agencies, leading to highly effective partnerships focusing on neighborhood revitalization, financial education, small business development, workforce development, and homeownership activities. He was also responsible for fostering relationships and initiatives that bridge the financial industry with the overall community and promoting lending, deposit, and other banking products and services.
Outside the banking industry, Lee has served as a Community Relations Manager for one of Ohio’s largest public school districts and in a similar role for a nonprofit affordable housing development agency in Cleveland. Lee is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Sales and Marketing. He served as a past member of the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization’s Board of Directors (Cleveland) and Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation Board of Directors. Lee is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the current Chairman of the 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland, Inc.
