So, who better to ask for tips on how to look fabulous for YOUR red carpet moment, whether it’s an upcoming wedding or an evening out with the girls. Hey, if it’s good enough for Miranda....
WHAT’S YOUR PRE-RED CARPET STRATEGY? My biggest tip is to get at least eight hours sleep to look refreshed and radiant. Then drink eight glasses of water a day or more in the run up to the event (and ongoing) to hydrate your skin, and take a food supplement like Pure Gold Collagen as beauty starts from within. Try and have facials or use a face mask and exfoliator at home at least once a week in the run up to the event to detox and prevent any breakouts. .

Big event make-up should be timeless. A smoky eye and either nude lips or bright red if you want to stand out. Apply a set of fake eyelashes like Eylure or Nouveau Lashes.

We’ve rounded up the fuss-free but effective products that will help you look Hollywood fab, even if you’re just headed to the pub.

FASHION TARGETS BREAST CANCER We’re supporting Fashion Targets Breast Cancer throughout May – and you can join us! Here’s how... Fashion Targets Breast Cancer’s annual campaign was set up in 1994 by designer Ralph Lauren – he called upon the fashion industry to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer charities after losing a friend to the disease. In 1996, Breakthrough Breast Cancer launched the campaign in the UK – to date, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has raised £12.5 million and helped Breakthrough fund 25% of breast cancer research in the UK. This year’s campaign features mother and daughter duo Sharon and Kelly Osbourne, who have united for the nationwide poster campaign. 50,000 UK women die of breast cancer every year and this year’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer encourages the British public (that’s YOU) to Wear Your Support. We’re thrilled to be a friend of the 2013 campaign and hope you can join us to get involved! Kelly has stepped off the red carpet – where she works as a style reporter for E! – to publicise the 2013 campaign along with her mum. Sharon had a preventative double mastectomy last year after discovering she had the BRCA gene (which increases the risk of developing breast cancer by up to 85%) – this cause is one that’s very close to their hearts.

Kristy Cimesa founder of Elemental Herbology We caught up with Kristy Cimesa – founder of Elemental Herbology – to find out about the holistic skincare brand and her new discoveries. WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY AT THE OFFICE? To be honest there’s no typical day except that I arrive at the office around 9.30am and leave by 6pm to get my children to bed. My day may involve researching for a new product, writing a blog, signing off a newsletter, discussing distributors, having a buyer meeting and then tea with a journalist. It’s always varied and never the same which I love. WHAT IS ELEMENTAL HERBOLOGY’S PHILOSOPHY? I developed the line to help the skin find its equilibrium when it’s struggling in times of change.
