e t o n s ' t n e d i s e pr Hey there monster! I hope online school is going well for you all. I hope you are just as excited as I am since club season just began! Although it is really different this year, please continue to look forward to more virtual service opportunities, and events! I really miss you all and cannot wait to meet more of you at our future meetings and socials! Since this is new to us all, please feel free to let board know if you have any ideas to help the club reach our service hour goal for the term! Thank you all who attended our first meeting of the year and I cannot wait to see you at the next! xx

Key Club has four core values: caring, character building, leadership, and inclusiveness. In the previous issues we focused on caring and inclusiveness, this issue focuses on leadership. What does it mean to show leadership? "Many believe that leadership is solely having strategic thinking skills, like organization, time management, and planning. I believe a leader is one who possesses empathy, charisma, and shows others how to become leaders themselves! Key Club allows me to not only practice my strategic thinking and planning skills, but also has taught me how to lead a group and aspire to inspire others." - Kaley Xiong In Key Club there are many opportunities to lead others whether it be as an officer, at service events or at training conferences- don't be afraid to take the shot and step up!
