The final tier looks at change over time. In order for beneficial

change to occur there must be community outreach. The community will work with designers, and designers will work inter/intra-disciplinarily with each other to move projects forward together. By working across scales we can take a step back and look at the city as a living changing being. Valuing the urban ecologies that are quickly vanishings and embracing the change that will happen, this project will serve as a benchmark for engagement and process moving forward.
