If local nursery is unable to provide total quantity of plants required to fulfill planting plan in timely manner, then both the client and designer shall be notified before remaining plants are ordered. Plant pot type will be chosen by client at time of order based on availability unless otherwise specified. All plants selected from nursery shall be of similar size and form, and be in good health. All plants will be flagged/marked prior to installation. All marked plant locations shall be approved by client and/or designer in the field prior to installation. Client reserves the right to adjust plants to exact location in the field anytime before installation occurs. If amount discrepancy occurs between drawn planting plan and plant schedule, drawn plan shall take precedence, and both the designer and client shall be notified prior to order. Remove entire wire cage from rootballed trees and stake if necessary. Contact local underground utility services for utility location and identification prior to breaking ground. Client shall be notified prior to breaking ground to provide possible irrigation line locations that may or may not exist. Existing trees shall not be damaged or altered in any way during installation. Align and equally space in all directions trees and shrubs so designated per these notes and drawings. Begin plant arrangements and spacing from house. No plant shall be installed closer than 8" from house.

Allow 3' spacing for proposed walkway. Walkway shall follow ridgeline of the topography. Space Nana gracilis evenly on both sides of garage light. Division of plant species shall fall in line with the edge of the walkout porch. Crystal Pink Sedum shall start at the right edge of the window. Edge of day lilies shall fall in line with the edge of the house and follow existing fence. Align Day Lily no closer than 6" from infiltration trench as not to disturb.
