The water as relevant element (in a bad way) will be the main point of the urban design, generating a change in people's perspective and start to see it as a positive element to the town. Similarly, was generated an analysis relative to the regional dynamics, in which San Marcos plays milestone role for the regional economic development

BOUTIQUE HOTEL “The View Armenia city, 2009 - Colombia A boutique hotel is like art: hard to define, but you know it when you see it. To design a boutique hotel on XXI century is much more complex to design one mainstream brand that already has well-established standards to satisfy a broad spectrum of clients. A boutique hotel should offer a unique experience with an individual personality. The main objective of this project was to generate a perfect cycle of beauty, from the main service aesthetic clinic and additional post-operative services; purpose and design that were defined from a regional and local analysis from society, environmental and morphological of the place. The design was not only about a hotel, was about a entertainment center compound by 6 specialized areas (trade, art gallery - auditorium, rooms, restaurant, wet area, sports area and cosmetic clinic) generating a direct impact in the local dynamics.
