v Concrete formwork – o Concrete is left for 21 days before it can be stripped o Block wall – vertical bar (reinforcement) o Walls rebated for timber seats o Oregon –leaves a pattern finish on the concrete for aesthetic purposes o LVL -‐ laminated veneer lumber, often use as infill frame v Structural System: o Timber framing o Steel framework – prefabricated and therefore quickly built

Main purpose of the retaining wall is to protect the foundations It also ensures that the concrete fill is held in place until set. (Remains erect and reinforced)
v Roofing Layers: 1. Purlins 2. Sound & Insulation 3. 25ml timber floor 4. Bluetongue sheets 5. Battens 6. Insulation 7. Roof Sheeting *Acoustic Purposes
