EAT
The Aragon Café We first opened our doors on Nov. 20th of 2017. The café is owned by Doug and Alice Campbell. The café is spearheaded by myself as General Manager & Head Chef Cory Ernes. The café was never initially in the plan for the downtown expansion. The Campbell’s were looking to expand their Salon and Barber Shop into Pensacola area and originally that is all the space was going to consist of. However they approached me to see if I was interested in becoming a part of the business and what I thought I might like to do. At first we mulled the idea of a coffee shop but I have no real experience with coffee shops so the idea shifted to something I was familiar with, food service. When we finally decided that a café is
what we wanted to do, we now needed to make a decision on what we wanted to bring to the table. I have always had a great love for comfort food in particular bbq but I didn’t want a BBQ resturaunt. Doug and I talked back and forth and we felt that we could still bring an element of bbq with out it being our only option and it still be successful. All we had to do was think of other home cooked foods that brought we love. The meatloaf is one such meal, the recipie is inspired by the one my mother has made for as long as I can remember, and it is amazing. The rest of the pieces sort of fell into place after that. As a café I would love for us to be known for our great food of course but also our hospitality. We believe that comfort food
should be accompanied by a great service and a friendly environment and that is what we strive to provide here at the Aragon Café. I think my main goal is for us to be a “local” treasure. What I enjoy most about the café other than the food is the atmosphere. It is a unique space being connected to a barber shop and salon. The architecture inside the build is very open and inviting. Exposed brick wall and dark stained wood provide unique setting the is enhanced by local artwork and great blues music.

Seville Quarter
Pensacola Bay Brewery 225 Zaragoza St Seville Quarter is proud to be the Gulf (850) 434-3353
Coast’s Entertainment Destination since 1967. We’ve got a rich history dating back over five decades, when Bob Snow took a dilapidated 19th century warehouse on East Government Street and transformed it into “Rosie O’Grady’s Warehouse,” a beerand-peanuts saloon offering up heaping portions of Dixieland jazz and good times.
The Fish House 600 S Barracks St (850) 470-0003 O’Riley’s Irish Pub Downtown 321 S Palafox St (850) 912-4001
Since then, Seville Quarter has grown to include seven rooms — the original Rosie O’Grady’s, Phineas Phogg’s, Lili Marlene’s, Apple Annie’s, Fast Eddie’s, End o’ the Alley and Palace Café — each with its own theme and atmosphere. There’s also the Seville Party Plaza, an outdoor concert venue, and Heritage Hall, a spacious banquet and event facility.

Wilmer Mitchell and his family have been operating Seville Quarter since 1988, and under their leadership Seville has continued to garner accolades and build community partnerships. Seville Quarter offers the best entertainment lineup along the Gulf Coast, fine dining with a unique ambiance, and a gift shop featuring the best wines at the best prices. Take a tour online, come on down and get a membership card — you’re bound to fall in love with the original “Good Time Emporium.”

John Hart Project Florida based artist John Hart is an acclaimed guitar player all along the East Coast and Gulf Coast. Leading up to his creation of John Hart Project, John spent a few years touring the East Coast with the prominent Sauce Boss. The warm, rich tones of John’s classical guitar playing approach brings an exciting and fresh presence to his live show, while his unique weaving of finger picking and blues influence brings a flavor to the sound like no other. Revered as a young man beyond his time, John’s influences come from a mix of blues legends such as Muddy Waters, B.B. King and Albert Collins, to rock legends Jimi Hendrix and Duane Allman to modern monsters such as Derek Trucks and John Mayer. His latest record, “Frisson”, shines an entirely new light on the depths of his creativity and his reach.

Aragon Wine Market At Aragon Wine Market, we’ve always focused on wine education as well as customer service. Since we first opened, we decided that we would hold weekly wine tastings for our customers to sample different wines as well as learn from the experience. We usually have 5-6 different wines to sample poured by a knowledgeable wine expert to answer any questions the customer may have. The wine tastings are a great opportunity to learn while you have fun.
