ﻋﻼش دار اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ ؟
.«ﻓام ﺷﺒﺎب ﻳﻨﻘﺸﻮا ﻛﻠﻴامت ﺑﺶ ﻳﻌﺮﻓﻮا ﺑﺎﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ وﻧﺎس اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ وﻳﻨﴩوا ﻧﻘﺸﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﰲ »ﺟﺮﻳﺪة اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻓام ﺷﺒﺎب ﻳﺸﻮﻓﻮا ﰲ ﻛﻞ زﻧﻘﺔ ﰲ اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺣﻜﺎﻳﺎت وﺧﺮاﻓﺎت ﻣﺎ ﻳﻨﺠﻤﻮش ﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﻜﻴﻮﻫﺎش ﻟﻘﺎﺻﺪ .«اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﰲ »دوﻻﺷﺔ ﻓام ﺷﺒﺎب ﺿﺤﺎو ﺑﺘﺒﺤرية ﺻﻴﻒ ﺑﺶ ﻳﺒﻬﺮوا زوار اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺑﺄﺿﻮاء ﺗﻌﻜﺲ ﺳﺤﺮ .«اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﰲ »ﻣﻬﺮﺟﺎن اﻷﺿﻮاء .وﻓام ﻣﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﺻﻨﺎﺋﻊ اﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻳﺤﺒﻮ ﻋﺸﻖ ﺻﻨﺎﺋﻌﻬﻢ ميﺮروه ﻟﺸﺒﺎب ﻳﻠﻮج ﻋﺎﻷﺻﺎﻟﺔ ﰲ اﺑﺪاﻋﺎﺗﻮ .وﻓام ﺷﺒﺎب ﻓﻨﺎن ﻣﻮﻫﻮب ﻳﺤﺐ ﻳﺨﻠﻖ ﻟﺮوﺣﻮ ﻓﺮﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻨﻪ .وﻓام وﻟﻴﺪات ﻣﺤﺘﺎﺟني ﻓﻀﺎء ﺗﻌﺒري وﺷﻜﻮن ﻳﻌﻄﻴﻬﻢ اﻫﺪاف وﺗﺤﺪﻳﺎت ﺗﺒﻨﻲ ﻓﻴﻬﻢ اﻣﻞ ﻟﻐﺪوا واﻟﲇ ﻋﻨﺪوا، اﻟﲇ ﻳﻌﺮف ﻳﻮري،وﻏﺪوا ﺧري ﻣﻦ اﻟﻴﻮم يك اﻟﻜﻞ ﻳﺨﺪﻣﻮا ﻣﻊ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﻢ . واﻟﲇ ﻳﻨﺠﻢ ﻳﺤﺮك ﻳﺤﺮك،ﻳﻌﻄﻲ !وﻫﺬا ﻋﻼش دار اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ و ﰲ اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ ﺑﺮﻛﺔ ﻧﺺ ﻟﻴﲆ ﺑﻦ ﻗﺎﺳــﻢ ﺻﻮر أﻣﻴﲇ ﴎﺳــﻢ
: أﺧﺒﺎرﻫﺎ و أﻧﺸﻄﺘﻬﺎ،ﻫﻮين ﺗﻨﺠﻢ اﺗﺒﻊ دار اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ

I live in one of the greatest neighbourhoods in the city. It’s called Bacha street, is situated in the Medina and is one of the best cities to live in. It’s my hometown and I have been living there since I was born. There are many reasons that make me love my hometown, like the architecture of the buildings and streets and its proximity to many cultural centres, ancient ruins and monuments like the Zitouna Mosque etc. The best benefit is that there are a lot of restaurants with delicious dishes. Nevertheless, the streets are not always safe, especially at night, and there are many neighbours who are noisy and annoying. If I could change something, I would change this. Living in my neighbourhood makes me feel very relaxed and happy. Human was created to create, born to invent and found to find. Basically, this is the main objective of life and to do your sacred job you need the basic ingredient which is ART! Art is like the sugar that makes everything sweet and nice. It is like a place where you can come back to to rest and clean your soul. It is like a colourful waterfall in which you can take a shower and turn your spirit from black and white to colourful. As they say, the earth without art is just EH! For a long time, art has existed in various forms (such as music, painting, theatre, dancing, singing etc.) parallel to the pioneers who were created to manipulate art in order to make the world a better place. One of the pioneers which I consider as the leader of art, is “Feyrouz”. She is the most epic woman in the world. Feyrouz is primarily a singer and was born in 1935 in Beirut and named “Nuhad Haded”. She showed talent as a singer as a child and often sang for her family and neighbours, showing preference for Egyptian songs of Leila Mourad and Asmahan. Feyrouz succeeded because of many people who were the most important support for her like her teacher Fleifel, her parents Wahid and Lisa Hadded, her husband “Aasi” and especially the Rahbani Brothers who were the greatest poets. Their lyrics enabled Feyrouz to enter the hearts of many people and fill them with love and passion. Feyrouz is a link that attached everyone, all the people, nations and countries. You can hear her singing about different subjects (Beirut, Lebanon, Damascus, Baghdad, Palestine, Egypt, Mekka, al-Sham and more) and with her strong sense she managed to make a revolution in the hearts of the people. Not to forget is the emotional side of Feyrouz which enabled her in a state of conflict love, anger, sadness to always name her love Habibi. If I would go on writing about Feyrouz all the pens would dry and the all of the papers would end and I would not be able to describe the greatness of Feyrouz. She’s my refuge when I feel depressed or in love and in any state. She pleases me with the fragrance of her voice. She’s my drugs. Aymen Bouthour
I want to make the Medina clean and beautiful without trash/garbage everywhere. To do this, I would make a beautiful garbage can to replace the black trash bags everywhere. I would draw over the Arabic writing on the walls next to the garbage. To accomplish this project I would first need encouragement. Then I need helpful people who share the same ideas. At last, I need the material. If my wish comes true, the hood would become the most beautiful hood in the city. Aymen Bouthour
As I head outside every morning, I see the neighbourhood that I grew up in. I have been taking in this sight every day for almost 21 years now and every year I learn more about her. I notice something weird at least once a day. A new story unfolds from the endless stories that have been buried behind the medina’s walls for one thousand years. Hundreds of generations created the history of the medina. I really fell in love with her. I feel safe and cool inside her. But this isn’t really the city that I grew up in. People are not the same. They have changed. I can feel the sadness in their souls. I thought it was because they don’t have enough time. Now, everyone tries to work hard for a better life and to earn money. So many traditions are disappearing, like family visits. A lot of old shops are closed now because of bigger commercial businesses. Therefor the city is no longer as dynamic as it was before and people are leaving it. Others live in poverty so many teenagers are unemployed with nothing to do except for thinking about drugs, stealing and European dreams. This is why I don’t feel safe and cool here anymore. I truly feel ashamed when I see tourists that come to the medina and work on repairing the chaos of the city. I want to make my neighbourhood better but I really don’t know how?! Med Ali Douiri

In this issue we have decided to speak about artisans and handicrafts, while specifically diving in to the world of the Shashia to discover what this world beholds. We will learn about its rules and retrace its threads of wool to understand how the Shashia comes to be and ends up on top of our heads. We believe that the Shashia’s story deserves to be told, especially since the Medina is home to an entire Souq which is named after the little hat and is dedicated to the importance of this notable and fine craft. The Shashia embodies an entire world full of secrets, artisans and stories of passion and devotion. Through this issue we hope to share with you a glimpse in to this world. We also will speak of the Shashia as a product, discover how it is manufactured and the various steps it passes during its production. We will discover its many colours, details and characteristic which makes the Shashia stand out compared to other forms of crafts.
Dans ce numéro, nous allons parler des artisans et de l’artisanat, tout en plongeant dans le monde de la chéchia pour découvrir ce qu’il nous cache. Nous allons apprendre ses règles et retracer ses fils de laine pour comprendre comment la chéchia prend vie et finit au dessus de nos têtes. Nous croyons que l’histoire de la chéchia mérite d’être racontée, d’autant plus que la médina abrite un souk entier qui porte son nom et se consacre à ce métier remarquable et fin. La chéchia incarne un monde entier plein de secrets, d’artisans et d’histoires de passion et de dévotion. A travers cette édition du journal, nous espérons partager avec vous un aperçu de ce monde. Nous parlerons aussi de la chéchia comme un produit, et nous découvrons comment elle est fabriquée ainsi que les différentes étapes de sa production. Nous allons découvrir ses nombreuses couleurs, détails et caractéristiques qui la démarquent par rapport à d’autres formes d’artisanat.
The craft of the Shashia is 100% Tunisian and its bright red (qirmzy) colour is symbolic of the country’s national identity for the simple reason that it is fabricated in Tunisia. At Journal de la Medina, we feel it is our role to reveal all of the facets of this fascinating world to you by exploring the Medina and its Souqs. So join and follow us on our journey to discover the world of this little red hat!

ﺣﻜﺎ ﻳــﺔ ا ﻟﺸﺎ ﺷــﻴﺔ ﻗﺒــﻞ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒــﺎ 500ﺳــﻨﺔ ،ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺗﻮﻧــﺲ ﺗﻌــﺎين ﻣــﻦ ﻗﺤــﻂ و اﻣـﺮاض ﻏﻴﺒــﺖ ﰲ ﺟﺮﺗﻬــﺎ اﻟــﻮف ﻣﺎﻟﺨﻠــﻖ .ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ اﻟﻌﻴﺸــﺔ ﻣﺎﻋــﺎدش ﺗﻨﻄــﺎق .اﳌــﻮت و اﳌﺠﺎﻋــﺔ ﺧــﻼت ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﻋﺒــﺎد ﺗﻬــﺞ ﻣﺎﻟﺒــﻼد .ﰲ ﻧﻔــﺲ اﻟﻮﻗــﺖ ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺑــﻼد اﻻﻧﺪﻟــﺲ ﺗﻌﻴــﺶ ﰲ ﻧﻔــﺲ اﻟــﴚ ،اﻟــﴚ اﱄ ﺧــﻼ ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ اﻧﺪﻟﺴــﻴني ﻳﻬﺎﺟــﺮوا ﻣــﻦ ﺑﻼدﻫــﻢ ﻟﺘﻮﻧــﺲ ﻫﺎرﺑــني ﻣــﻦ ﻣﺠــﺎزر اﻟﺼﺒﻨﻴــﻮل ،رﺣــﺐ ﺑﻴﻬــﻢ اﻟﺴــﻠﻄﺎن اﺑــﻮ زﻛﺮﻳــﺎ اﻟﺤﻔــﴢ و ﻛﻴــﻒ ﺷــﺎف اﻧﻬــﻢ ﻋﺒــﺎد ﺣﺎذﻗــني و اﺻﺤــﺎب ﺻﻨﻌــﺔ ﻗــﺮر ﻳﺴــﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﻣﻨﻬــﻢ و اﻋﻄﺎﻫــﻢ ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ ﺑــﺶ ﻳﺨﺪﻣــﻮا ﻋــﲆ رواﺣﻬــﻢ و ﻳﻨﻄــﺮوا اﻟﻔﺮﻧــﻚ. ﺻﺤﻴــﺢ ﻫﻮﻣــﺎ ﺟــﺎو ﻻﺟﺌــني و ﻫﺎرﺑــني ﻣــﻦ ﺣــﺮب اﻣــﺎ ﺑﺠﻴﺘﻬــﻢ رﺟﻌــﺖ اﻟــﺮوح ﻟﻠﺒــﻼد و رﺟــﻊ اﻟــﺪوﻻب ﻳــﺪور و ﻛﻴﻔــام ﻳﻘــﻮل اﳌﺜــﻞ "ﻗﺼﻮﻟــﻮ ﻳــﺪو ﺟــﺎت ﺻﺎﻟﺤــﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﻨﺒــﻮر" .اﳌﻮرﺳــﻜﻴني اﱄ ﺟــﺎو ﻟﻠﺤــﺎﴐة ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ اﻏﻠﺒﻴﺘﻬــﻢ ﺣﻮﻛﻴــﺔ و ﺣﺮاﻳﺮﻳــﺔ ،ﻋــﺎدا ﻓﻀﻠﻬــﻢ اﺑــﻮ زﻛﺮﻳــﺎ و اﻋﻄﺎﻫــﻢ ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ ﺑﺠﻨــﺐ ﻗــﴫو ﰲ ﺳــﻮق اﻟﻘــﻮاﰲ و ﺳــﻮق اﻟﺤﻔــﴢ اﱄ ﻣــﻊ اﻟﻮﻗــﺖ ﺑــﺶ ﻳﺘﺒــﺪل اﺳــﻤﻮ و ﻳــﻮﱄ ﺳــﻮق اﻟﺸﻮاﺷــني .ﻣــﻊ اﻟﻬﺠــﺮة اﳌﻮرﺳــﻜﻴﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴــﺔ ﻣــﻦ اﺳــﺒﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻛــرث ﻋــﺪد اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻳﻌﻴــﺔ ﻣﺘــﻊ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ و ﺿــﺎق ﻋﻠﻴﻬــﻢ اﻟﺴــﻮق ،ﻋــﺎد ﺗﻮﺳــﻌﻮا اﻟ ـﱪا ﻣــﻦ ﺳــﻮﻗﻬﻢ اﻟﻠــﻮﻻين و وﻻت ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻣﻮﺟــﻮدة ﰲ ﺗﻼﺛــﺔ اﺳــﻮاق :ﺳــﻮق اﻟﺸﻮاﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﻜﺒــري اﱄ ﻻﺻــﻖ دار اﻟﺒــﺎي ،ﺑﺠﻨﺒــﻮ ﺳــﻮق اﻟﺸﻮاﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﺼﻐــري و ﺳــﻮق اﻟﻘــﻮاﰲ اﱄ ﺟــﺎ ﺑﺤــﺬا ﺳــﻮق اﻟﻘﺸﺎﺷــني و ﻓــﻮق ﻣــﻦ ﻫــﺬا ﻟــﻜﻞ ﻧﻠﻘــﺎو ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ ﻣﺘــﻊ ﺷﻮاﺷــﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻧﻬــﺞ ﺳــﻴﺪي ﺑــﻦ ﻋــﺮوس و ﻧﻬــﺞ اﻟﻘﺼﺒــﺔ ﺣﺘــﻰ ﻟﻠﻴــﻮم. ﻫﺎﻟﻜــرثة ﻣﺘــﻊ ﺻﻨــﺎع و ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻣﺎﻫﻴــﺶ ﺻﺪﻓــﺔ ،ﺧﺎﺗــﺮ ﺗﻮﻧــﺲ ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺗﺼــﺪر ﰲ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻟﱪﺷــﺎ ﺑﻼﻳــﺺ اﻟــﱪة ،ﺣﺎوﻟــﺖ ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﺑﻠــﺪان اﻧﻬــﺎ ﺗﻨﺎﻓــﺲ ﺗﻮﻧــﺲ اﻣــﺎ ﻛﻼو ﻛﺒــﻮط و ﻣﻨﺠﻤﻮش ﻳﻔﻜﻮ اﳌﺮﳾ ﻣﺎﻟﺘﻮاﻧﺴﺔ ،ﺧﺎﺗﺮ اﻟﺸﺎﺷﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴﻴﺔ ﺑﺨﻼف اﻟﺼﻮف و اﻟﺤﺮﻳــﺮ و اﻟﻘﺮﻣــﺰ و اﻟﻄﺮﻃــﺮ ،ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺗﺘﺼﻨــﻊ ﺑﻌــﺮق و ﺗﻌــﺐ و ﺣــﺐ و ﻏـﺮام ،اﻟــﴚ اﱄ ﻣــﺎ ﺧــﲆ ﺣﺘــﻰ ﺑــﻼد ﺗﻨﺠــﻢ ﺗﺼﻨــﻊ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﻔــﺲ ﺟــﻮدة و ﺣﺬاﻗــﺔ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ. ﻛﻴــﻒ ﻧﺮﺟﻌــﻮا ﻧﺴــﺄﻟﻮ ﻛﺒﺎرﻧــﺎ و ﻧﺜﺒﺘــﻮا ﰲ اﻟﻜﺘــﺐ ،ﻧﻠﻘــﺎو اﻧــﻮ اﻟﻌــﴫ اﻟﺬﻫﺒــﻲ ﻣﺘــﻊ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺘﻨﺎ ﻛﺎن ﺑــني اﺧــﺮ اﻟﻘــﺮن 18و اول اﻟﻘــﺮن 19وﻗــﺖ ﺣﻜــﻢ ﺣﻤــﻮدة ﺑﺎﺷــﺎ ﺑــﺎي ،ﺣﻤــﻮدة ﺑﺎﺷــﺎ ﻛﺎن ﻣﺆﻣــﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ و ﻳﺪﻋــﻢ ﰲ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻌﻴﺘﻬــﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻠــﻮس و ﻳﺴــﻬﻠﻬﻢ ﺑﻴﻌﺎﻧﻬــﺎ و ﻧﻘﻠﻬــﺎ ﺧــﺎرج ﺗﻮﻧــﺲ .وﺻﻠــﺖ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺘﻨﺎ ﻟــﱪور و ﺑﺤــﻮر ﺑﻌﻴــﺪة ﻋﻠﻴﻨــﺎ ،ﻛﻴﻔــام ﻟﻴﺒﻴــﺎ و اﳌﻐــﺮب و ﺗﺸــﺎد و اﻟﻨﻴﺠــﺮ و اﻟﺴــﻮدان و ﻣــﴫ و ﺗﺮﻛﻴــﺎ و اﻟﺸــﺎم و اﻟﺒﻠﻘــﺎن و اﻟﻴﻮﻧــﺎن ،و ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﻛﻞ ﺑــﻼد ﻣﺎﻟﺒﻠــﺪان ﺗﺘﻌﺎﻣــﻞ ﻣــﻊ ﻣﻌﻠــﻢ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻌــﻲ ﻣﺤــﺪد ﻣــﺎ ﺗﺎﺧــﺬ ﺷﻮاﺷــﻴﻬﺎ ﻛﺎن ﻣــﻦ ﻋﻨــﺪو ،و ﻛﺎن ﻛﻞ ﻣﻌﻠــﻢ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻌــﻲ ﻋﻨــﺪو ﻃﺎﺑــﻊ ﺧــﺎص ﻳﺤﻄــﻮ ﻋــﲆ ﻛﻞ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺗﺨﺪﻣــﺖ ﰲ ﺣﻮاﻧﺘﻮ ،اﺳــﻢ اﻟﻄﺎﺑــﻊ ﻫــﻮ اﻟﻨﺸــﺎن ..ﻧﻠﻘــﺎو اﻧــﻮ اﳌﺼــﺎروة ﻣــﺎ ﻳﺎﺧــﺬو اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻻ ﻣــﺎ ﻳﻜــﻮن ﻓﻴﻬــﺎ ﻧﺸــﺎن اﻟﺴــﻨﻮﳼ ،و اﻟﺴــﻮرﻳني ﻣــﺎ ﻳﺎﺧــﺬو اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻻ ﻣــﺎ ﻳﻜــﻮن ﻓﻴﻬــﺎ ﻧﺸــﺎن اﻟﺨﻠــﴢ اﻟﺦ...ﻛﺎﻧــﻮ اﳌﻌﻠﻤﻴــﺔ ﻣﺘــﻊ ﺻﻨــﻊ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻣــﻦ اﻋﻴــﺎن اﻻﻋﻴــﺎن ،و ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﻓﻠﻮﺳــﻬﻢ و ﻣﺪاﺧﻴﻠﻬــﻢ ﻣــﺎ ميــﲇ اﻧﻬﺠــﺔ و زﻧﺎﻗــﻲ اﳌﺪﻳﻨــﺔ ،و ﻛﺎن ﻋﻨﺪﻫــﻢ اﻣــني اﻟﺴــﻮق ،ﻛﻴﻔــام ﺑﻘﻴــﺔ اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻳــﻊ ﻟﺨــﺮى، ﻣﻬﻤﺘــﻮ ﻳﺮاﻗــﺐ ﺟــﻮدة اﻟﺸــﻮاﳾ اﳌﺼﻨﻮﻋــﺔ ،و ﻳﻨﺠــﻢ ﻳﻌﺎﻗــﺐ اي ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻌــﻲ ﺧﺪﻣﺘــﻮ ﻃﻠﻌــﺖ ﺣﻠــﻮزي ،اﻣــﺎ اﳌﻌﻠﻤﻴــﺔ ﻣــﺎ ﻳﺨﺮﺟــﻮ ﻟﻠﺴــﻮق ﻛﺎن اﻟﺸــﻮاﳾ اﻟﱪميــﺔ ،ﺣﺘــﻰ و ﻟــﻮ ﺳــﺎﻋﺎت

ﻳﺘﻠــﺰو اﻧﻬــﻢ ﻳﻄﻴﺸــﻮ ﺷــﻄﺮ اﻟﺴــﻠﻌﺔ اﳌﺨﺪوﻣــﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺰﺑﻠــﺔ ،ﻋــﲆ ﺧﺎﻃــﺮ اﳌﻬــﻢ ﻋﻨﺪﻫــﻢ ﻣــﺶ اﻟﺮﺑــﺢ اﻣــﺎ اﳌﺤﺎﻓﻈــﺔ ﻋــﲆ ﺳــﻤﻌﺔ اﻟﻨﺸــﺎن ﻟﻮﻻدﻫــﻢ و وﻻد وﻻدﻫــﻢ اﱄ ﺑــﺶ ﻳﺸــﺪو اﻟﺼﻨﻌــﺔ ﻣــﻦ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﻢ.اﻣــﴚ ﻳــﺎ زﻣــﺎن و اﻳﺠــﺎ ﻳــﺎ زﻣــﺎن وﻻت اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺗﺘﺼﻨــﻊ ﰲ اﳌﻌﺎﻣــﻞ ﻣﺘــﻊ اوروﺑــﺎ ﺑﺎﳌﺎﻛﻴﻨــﺎت و وﻻو ﻳﺒﻴﻌــﻮ ﰲ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ب ﻓﺮﻧــﻚ و ﻧــﺺ اﻟﻜﻌﺒــﺔ وﻗﺘــﲇ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ ﺗﺘﺒــﺎع ﺑﻌــﴩة ﻓﺮﻧــﻚ .ﺑــﺪاو اﻟﺘﻮاﻧﺴــﺔ ﻳﺨــﴪو ﰲ ﻣــﺮﳾ وراء ﺧــﻮه ﺣﺘــﻰ وﺻــﻞ اﻟــﴬب ﻟﺘﻮﻧــﺲ ﺑﻴﺪﻫــﺎ و ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻌﻴــﺔ ﺑــﺪاو ﻳﻔﻠﺴــﻮ ،ﻟــﲇ وﺻــﻞ ﻋــﺪد ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺗﻮﻧــﺲ ل 30ﺣﺎﻧــﻮت ﻋــﺎم 1890ﻣــﺎﱄ ﻛﺎن ﰲ ﺣــﺪود 1000ﺣﺎﻧــﻮت ﻋــﺎم ،1860 و ﻧﻘــﺺ ﻋــﺪد اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻳﻌﻴــﺔ ل 110ﻣــﺎﱄ ﻛﺎﻧــﻮا .500رﻏــﻢ ﻫﺎذﻳــﺎ ﻟــﻜﻞ ﻗﻌــﺪو اﻟﺘﻮاﻧﺴــﺔ ﻳﻠﺒﺴــﻮ ﰲ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻛﺮﻣــﺰ اﻧﺘــامء ﻟــﻼرض ﻫــﺎذي و ﻛﻄﺮﻳﻘــﺔ ﳌﻘﺎوﻣــﺔ اﻻﺣﺘــﻼل ﻣﺘــﻊ اﻟﻔﺮاﻧﺴــﻴﺲ ..اﻣــﺎ ﺑﻌــﺪ اﻻﺳــﺘﻘﻼل وﻻو ﻳﻠﺒﺴــﻮا اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻛﺎن ﰲ اﻟﺤﻔــﻼت و اﻟﻔﺮوﺣــﺎت ﻣــﺎﱄ ﻛﺎﻧــﻮ ﻳﻠﺒﺴــﻮ ﻓﻴﻬــﺎ ﻛﻞ ﻳــﻮم ،و اﻟﻴــﻮم ﻧﻠﻘــﺎو ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﻋﺒــﺎد ﻋﻤﺮﻫــﻢ ﻓــﻮق اﻻرﺑﻌــني ﺳــﻨﺔ و ﻣﺎﻟﺒﺴــﻮ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻛﺎن ﻣــﺮة وﺣــﺪة ﰲ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻬــﻢ ﻋﻤــﻼ مبﺜــﻞ "ﻣــﺎﱄ ﻃﻬــﺮوه ﻣــﺎ زاروه" .واﻗــﻊ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻟﻴــﻮم ﻣﺆﺳــﻒ ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ،ﻣــﺎﱄ ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺘﻨﺎ ﻗﺒــﻞ ﻣﻴﺘــني ﺳــﻨﺔ اﻛــرث ﻣﻨﺘــﻮج ﻳﺪﺧــﻞ ﻟﻠﺒــﻼد اﻟﻔﻠــﻮس ﻣــﻦ ﺑــﺮة و ﻣــﻦ داﺧــﻞ وﻻت ﻣﺤﺼــﻮرة ﰲ اﻟﻔﻠﻜﻠــﻮر و اﻟﻄﻬــﻮرات ،ﻛﺎن ﻧﺮﺟﻌــﻮ ﻟﻠﺘﺼــﺎور ﻟﻘــﺪم ﻧﻠﻘــﺎو ﻛﻞ اﳌﻘﺎوﻣــني اﻟﺘﻮاﻧﺴــﺔ وﻗــﺖ ﻓﺮاﻧﺴــﺎ ﻣــﻦ ﺑــﺎش ﺣﺎﻧﺒــﺔ و اﻟﺜﻌﺎﻟﺒــﻲ ﻟﺒﻮرﻗﻴﺒــﺔ ﻟﻜﻠﻬــﻢ ﻻﺑﺴــني ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ..ﻻزم ﻣــﺎ ﻧﻨﺴــﺎوش اﻧــﻮ ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺘﻨﺎ ﻫــﻲ رﻣــﺰ ﻣــﻦ رﻣــﻮز ﺑﻼدﻧــﺎ و ﻫــﻲ ﻣﻮﺟــﻮدة ﰲ ﻛﻞ واﺣــﺪ ﻣﻨــﺎ و ﻣــﻦ ﻫﻮﻳﺘﻨــﺎ ﻛﺘﻮاﻧﺴــﺔ ،و ﻋــﲆ ﻛﻞ ﺗﻮﻧــﴘ اﻧــﻮ ﻳﺤﺎﻓــﻆ ﻋــﲆ ارث ﺟﺪودﻧــﺎ و ﻳــﴩي ﺷﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﻳــﺪﰲ ﺑﻴﻬــﺎ ﻣﺨﻴﺨــﻮ ﰲ اﻟﺸــﺘﺎء اﻟﺸــﺎيت...و ﻋــﲆ دوﻟﺘﻨــﺎ زادة اﻧﻬــﺎ ﺗﺤﺎﻓــﻆ ﻋــﲆ اﻟــرثوة ﻫــﺬي و ﺗﺴــﺘﺜﻤﺮ ﻓﻴﻬــﺎ ﻟﺪاﺧــﻞ و ﻟـﱪا ،ﻋــﲆ ﺧﺎﺗــﺮ ﻣــﺶ ﻣﻌﻘــﻮل اﻟﺪوﻟــﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ ﻣﺘــﻊ اﻟﻘــﺮن 18ﺗﺴــﻦ ﻗﻮاﻧــني ﺗﺤﻤــﻲ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ و متﻨــﻊ اﺳــﺘرياد اﻻﺟﻨﺒﻴــﺔ و اﻟﺪوﻟــﺔ ﻣﺘــﻊ اﻟﻘــﺮن 21ﺗﻌﻤــﻞ ﻋــني رات و ﻋــني ﻣــﺎ راﺗــﺶ .اﳌﺼــﺎدر و اﳌﺮاﺟــﻊ :اﻟﺤﺸــﺎﻳﴚ )ﻋﺜــامن( ،اﻟﻬﺪﻳــﺔ ﰲ اﻟﻌــﺎدات اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ ﻓﺮوة )ﻣﺤﻤﻮد( ،اﻟﺘﺠﺎرة و اﻟﺘﺠﺎر ﰲ ﺗﻮﻧﺲ 1956-1881

الجديد يا رابح! ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺒﺪا ﺗﺤﻮس ﻫﺎﻻﻳﺎﻣﺎت ﰲ ﺳﻮق اﻟﺸﻮاﺷﻴﺔ ﺑﺶ ﺗﻌﺮﺿﻚ أﺷﻜﺎل و اﻧﻮاع ﺟﺪﻳﺪة ﻣﺘﻊ ﺷﺎﺷﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ اﻟﲇ ﺗﺴﺘﻐﺮﺑﻮ و ﻣﻨﻬﺎ اﻟﲇ ﻳﻌﺠﺒﻚ و ﺗﴪح ﻣﻌﺎه؛ ﻗﻄﺎﻳﻊ و أﺻﻨﺎف ﻣﻨﻬﺎ اﻟﻐﺮﻳﺐ اﻟﻌﺠﻴﺐ و ﻣﻨﻬﺎ اﳌﺴﺘﺤﺐ و اﻟﲇ ﻳﺘﺤﺐ ،ﻛﻴام اﻟﺸﺎﺷﻴﺔ اﻟﲇ ﺗﺎﺧﻮ ﺷﻜﻞ اﻟﺸﺎﺑﻮ "" chapeau و ﻓــام اﻟــﲇ ﻋﻤﻠــﻮ ﻣﻨﻬــﺎ ﺳــﻴﻜﺎن " " sacsﺗﻨﺠــﻢ زادة ﺗﻠﻘــﻰ " " des portes clésو ﺑﻼﻟــﻂ " "des boucles d'oreillesو ﺣﻜﺎﻳــﺎت اﺧــﺮى .ﻣﻌــﺎدش ﺗﺸــﻮف ﻛﺎن اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﻘﺮﻣــﺰي اﻟــﲇ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻮﺑﻴﻄــﺔ و اﻟــﲇ ﺗﺨﺪﻣــﺖ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻮﺷــﻨﻴﻠﻴﺔ و اﻟــﴚ اﻟﻜﺒــري ،ﺗــﻮة ﺗﻨﺠــﻢ ﺗﻠﻘــﻰ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺑﺰﻳﻨــﺔ و ﻓﺼﺎﻟــﺔ ﺟﺪﻳــﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺠــﻲ ﻻ ﻋﺎﻟﺒــﺎل وﻻ ﻋﺎﻟﺨﺎﻃــﺮ ،ﻓــام اﻟــﲇ ﻳﻘﻠــﻚ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﻌــﺮيب ﻣﺎﺗﺘﺒﺪﻟــﺶ ،ﻟﻜــﻦ ﺳــﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳــﺪ ﻻزم ﻣﻨــﻮ و ﻛﻞ ﺣﺎﺟــﺔ ﰲ ﺑﻼﺻﺘﻬــﺎ ،اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺑﻮﻫﺮﺗﻬــﺎ و اﻟﺠﺪﻳــﺪ ﻋﻨــﺪو ﻧﺎﺳــﻮ .اﻟﺤﺎﺻﻴﻠــﻮ اﺣــﲆ ﻣــﺎﰲ اﻟﺤﺪﻳــﺚ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻠــﻮ ،و ﻛﻞ واﺣــﺪ و ذوﻗــﻮ! ﻓــام اﻟــﲇ ﻳﻘﻠــﻚ ﻣــﺶ ﺣﻠــﻮ و ﻓــام اﻟــﲇ ﺗﻌﺠﺒــﻮ و ﺗﺤــﲆ ﰲ ﻋﻴﻨﻴﻪ...ﺟــﺪد اي ﺷــﺒﻴﻪ؟ اﻟﻠﺒﺴــﺔ و ﻃــﻮر اﻟﻔﻜــﺮة و ﺑــﺪل و ﻗﻴــﺲ و ﻋــري ،راﻫــﻲ اﻷﻣــﻮر ﺗﺘﻐــري. اﻟﻔﺎﻳﺪة اﻟﺒﺲ اﻟﺸﺎﺷﻴﺔ ورد ﺑﺎﻟﻚ ﻋﲆ ﺻﻨﻌﺔ اﻻﺟﺪاد ﺗﺘﻐﺎﻓﻞ ،و ﻫﺎك ﺗﺸﻮف ﻳﺠﻴﻚ اﻹﺑﺪاع ﻳﺎﻏﺎﻓﻞ!

ﻣــﻦ أﻧــﻮاع اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﻧﺴــﻴﺔ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟ ُﻜ ّﺒﻴﻄــﺔ .واﻟﻜﺒﻴﻄــﺔ ﻫــﻲ زﻳﻨــﺔ ﻋــﲆ ﺷــﻜﻞ ﺧﺼﻠــﺔ ﻣــﻦ اﻟﺨﻴــﻮط اﻟﺴــﻮداء ﺗﺘــﺪﱃ ﻣــﻦ ﻗﻤــﺔ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ إﱃ اﻟﺨﻠــﻒ .وﻻ أﻋــﺮف ﻟﻜﻠﻤــﺔ ﻛﺒﻴﻄــﺔ اﺳــﺘﻌامﻻ ﻏــري ﻫــﺬا .أرﺟــﺢ أن ﻛﻠﻤــﺔ ﻛﺒﻴﻄــﺔ ﻣــﻦ اﻻﺳــﺒﺎﻧﻴﺔ copeteوﻣــﻦ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﻴﻬــﺎ ﺧﺼﻠــﺔ اﻟﺸــﻌﺮ ﻋــﲆ اﻟﺠﺒــني )أي اﻟﻘ ُّﺼــﺔ( ﻋﻨــﺪ اﻻﻧﺴــﺎن وﻋﻨــﺪ اﻟﻔــﺮس واﻟﺮﻳــﺶ اﻟﻨﺎﺗــﺊ ﻋﻨــﺪ ﺑﻌــﺾ اﻟﻌﺼﺎﻓــري ،ﻛــام أﻧﻬــﺎ ﺗﻌﻨــﻲ أﻋــﲆ ﻣــﺎ ﰲ اﻟــﴚء أي ﻗﻤﺘــﻪ. وﻳﻀﻴــﻒ اﻟﺼﺪﻳــﻖ ﻣﻨــري اﻟﻬﻨﺘــﺎيت" :ﻋﺒــﺎرة "ﺗﻄﻮﻳــﻞ اﻟﻜﻮﺑﻴﺘــﺔ" ﺗﺤﻴــﻞ اﱃ اﻟﱰﻗﻴــﺔ ﰲ اﳌﺮﺗﺒﺔ اﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔﻴــﺔ ﺣﻴــﺚ ﻳﺒــﺪو أن اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟﺘــﻲ ﻛﺎن ﻳﻌﺘﻤﺮﻫــﺎ ﻣﻮﻇﻔــﻮ اﻟﺪوﻟــﺔ زﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺴــﻴﻨﻴني ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ ﺗﺰﻳــﻦ ﺑﻜﺒﻴﺘــﺔ ﺗﻄــﻮل أوﺗﻘــﴫ ﺑﺤﺴــﺐ درﺟــﺔ ﻻﺑﺴــﻬﺎ ﰲ اﻟﺴــﻠﻢ اﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔﻲ".

اﻟﲇ ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻟﻌﺎمل اﻟﺸﻮاﺷﻴﺔ و اﻟﺸﺎﺷﻴﺔ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺎﻳﻨﺠﻤﺶ ﻣﺎﻳﻌﺠﺒﺶ ﺑﻬﺎﻟﻌﺎمل و ﻻ ﺑﻨﺎﺳﻮ ،ﺑﺘﺎرﻳﺨﻮ اﻟﻀﺎرب ﰲ اﻟﻘﺪم ،ﻗﻮاﻧني و ﻋﺎدات و أﺻﻮل ﺑﺮﺷﺎ ﻧﻈﺎم و اﺣﻜﺎم! ﻣﻬــﻢ ﺑﺮﺷــﺎ ﺳــﺎﻋﺎت اﻧــﻚ ﺗﺮﻛــﺰ ﻋــﲆ ﻣﻮاﻃــﻦ اﻟﺠــامل ﰲ ﺻﻨﻌــﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﺼﻨﺎﻳــﻊ ﺗﺬﻛــﺮ ﺗﺎرﻳﺨﻬــﺎ ﻟﻠﻨــﺎس و ﺗﻌــﺪد ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻌﻬــﺎ و ﺗﻮرﻳﻬــﻢ ﻣــﺪى أﻫﻤﻴﺘﻬــﺎ اﻣــﺎ ﻫــﺬا ﻣﺎﻳﻜﻔﻴــﺶ! ﻛﻴــﻒ ﺗﺒــﺪا اﻟﺼﻨﻌــﺔ ﰲ ﺧﻄــﺮ و ﺗﻌــﺎين ﻣــﻦ ﻣﺸــﺎﻛﻞ ﻻزم ﻧﺎﻗﻔﻮﻟﻬــﺎ و ﻧﻌــﺪدو ﻣﺸــﺎﻛﻠﻬﺎ و ﻧﺬﻛﺮوﻫــﻢ ﻋﺎﻟﻌﻠــﻦ...ﰲ اﻟــﻜﻼم ﻫــﺬا ﻣﺎﻧــﺎش ﺑــﺶ ﻧﻜﻮﻧــﻮ ﻣﺘﺴــﺎﻣﺤني و ﻻ ﻣﺴــﺎﻣﺤني ﻛﻞ ﻣﺤــﺎوﻻت اﺧﻔــﺎء وﺟــﻮد ﻣﺸــﺎﻛﻞ ﰲ ﺻﻨﻌــﺔ اﻟﺸﺎﺷــﻴﺔ اﻟــﲇ ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ و ﻣﺎزاﻟــﺖ رﻣــﺰ ﻟﻠﺒــﻼد و ﻟﻠﻬﻮﻳــﺔ! ﻣﺎﻧﺠﻤــﺶ ﻧﻨﻜــﺮ وﺟــﻮد أزﻣــﺔ ﻳﻌﺎﻧﻴﻬــﺎ اﻟﻘﻄــﺎع ﻣــﻦ ﺻﻌﻮﺑــﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺘﺼﺪﻳــﺮ ان وﺟــﺪ ،و ﰲ اﻟﺒﻄــﺎن اﻟــﲇ ﺗﻨﻘــﺺ ﻓﻴــﻪ اﻟﺨﺪﻣــﺔ و ﺗﻨـﺰاد و ﻛﻞ ﻣــﺮة ﻛﻴﻔــﺎه! ﰲ اﻟﻜﺎﺑﺎﺳــﺎت اﻟــﲇ ﻣﺎﺷــني و ﻳﻨﻘﺼــﻮ .ﻣﺎﻧﺤﺒــﺶ ﻧﺸــﻮف ﺣﻮاﻧــﺖ اﻟﺸﻮاﺷــﻴﺔ ﺗﺘﺴــﻜﺮ ﻧﻬــﺎر ﺑﻌــﺪ ﻧﻬــﺎر و ﻛﻞ ﻳــﻮم ﻳﻨﻘــﺺ واﺣــﺪ ،ﻣــﻦ ﺧﻤﺴــﺎﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺷﻮاﺷــﻴﺔ ﻣﺎﺑﻘﺎﻟﻨــﺎ
ﻛﺎن ارﺑﻌﻄــﺎش اﻟﻴــﻮم ميﺎرﺳــﻮ ﰲ اﻟﺤﺮﻓــﺔ!

Mourad l’andalou Mourad a la trentaine, il travaille dans la banque mais quand il a du temps libre il aime écrire des scénarios de bd et surtout faire de l’urbex, c’est-à-dire de l’urban exploration, en particulier dans la médina. A une époque, nous raconte-t-il, je voulais faire des tee-shirts personnalisés, avec mon logo à moi. Je cherchais un imprimeur, une petite boutique qui imprime à un ou deux exemplaires, pas à mille, comme il y en a beaucoup dans la médina. Je rentre chez cette dame âgée qui fabrique aussi des drapeaux de différents pays, avec ses gros ciseaux. Bonjour Madame, je veux imprimer une photo sur un tee-shirt. Ça me coûterait combien ? Elle prend son temps, met ses lunettes, relève la tête, me dévisage. Dis donc mais t’es d’où, toi ? Tunis.

Non, t’es pas de Tunis, toi ! Comment ça ? Mais si ! Toi tu as des origines andalouses ! Pardon madame, mais c’est combien le tee-shirt ?!! Ouhla je suis sûre, toi tu es andalou ! Elle va fouiller dans un tas de drapeaux, et elle m’en sort un que je vois pour la première fois de ma vie, avec des couleurs blanches et orangées, et écrit en arabe : « Il n’y a de puissant que dieu ». Tu connais ce drapeau ? Non, je connais pas. Toi et moi nous venons de ces familles d’Espagne qui ont été expulsées d’Andalousie il y a fort longtemps, pendant leur soi-disant Reconquista. Nous nous sommes réfugiés au Maghreb et depuis des siècles nous vivons ici. Mais un jour nous partirons reconquérir nos terres d’Andalousie ! Ceci est notre drapeau ! Ok, elle est folle, je me dis, elle se fait son film, comme ces histoires sur les illuminati, les francs-maçons, toutes ces théories du complot. Mais là elle me tend une photo. Voilà notre roi ! mon fils. Il vit encore tu sais, en Algérie ! Il va régner pour nous ! Ca c’est votre roi ? Oui, c’est notre roi, c’est ton roi ! Après ça je suis parti le plus vite possible, en fait j’ai carrément fui sa boutique, sans même dire au revoir. Il se trouve que ma grand-mère a des origines andalouses. Après j’ai googlé, j’ai cherché le drapeau, mais je n’oublierai jamais la photo du roi. C’était mon portrait craché!
Souk El Chaouachia, an 2017… Que reste-t-il de ce fleuron de notre patrimoine artisanal? Aujourd’hui, occupé à soixante-dix pour cent par des cafés et des gargotes sans charme, on serait tenté, au mieux, de renommer ce souk « souk el Kahwajia ». C’est ainsi que notre patrimoine et notre histoire s’effritent et partent en lambeaux dans une indifférence quasi générale. Souk couvert à l’instar du célèbre souk El Berka, souk el Chaouachia avait pourtant réussi à conserver son authenticité et à garder pratiquement intact son aspect depuis le siècle dernier. Ces souks sont l’ultime réminiscence d’un sens de l’esthétique et d’un art de vivre qui semblent vouloir irrémédiablement nous abandonner. En ce mois du patrimoine, nous assistons, une fois de plus, spectateurs impuissants, à la disparition de l’un des joyaux les plus emblématiques de nos souks d’antan et d’une industrie artisanale, jadis parmi les plus florissantes qui a largement contribué à la notoriété de notre pays. La chèchia, héritage andalou, fruit d’un savoir-faire unique et exclusivement tunisien, s’est longtemps exportée partout dans le monde et faisait la fierté de notre pays. La beauté et la magnificence de ce souk témoignent de ce glorieux passé. Les chaouachia tirent à présent la sonnette d’alarme et nous demandent de sauver leur souk, Nous attirons à notre tour l’attention des autorités compétentes et plus particulièrement de notre Ministre de la culture sur la nécessité de classer ce lieu afin de limiter les dégâts et de sauver ce qui peut encore l’être. Le souk des Chaouachia pourrait en effet être exploité de façon ingénieuse et constituer un centre d’attraction autant pour les tunisiens que pour les étrangers. Les solutions existent et les moyens aussi, reste la volonté des décideurs qui doivent prendre conscience de la nécessité et de la priorité de préserver nos souks et à travers eux, notre histoire et notre patrimoine si l’on ne veut pas devenir un pays sans âme et donc, sans intérêt…Le patrimoine, l’Art et la culture sont des sources de revenu à ne surtout pas négliger.
