ANTI-BULLYING PLEDGE ANDERSEN MIDDLE SCHOOL Submitted by Dr. Tyais Dial, Andersen Middle School Principal Andersen Middle School Dragons celebrated “Bullying Prevention Month” the week of October 18th in a variety of ways. Our counselor (Ms. Jao) and 4
MFLC (Ms. Camacho) teamed up during first and second lunch (all week) to hand our materials and information to promote bullying awareness and to educate students on they can create a culture in which more people are supportive and accepting of others. Additionally, AMS students and staff wore ORANGE on October 20th, Unity Day, as well as took the Anti-Bullying Pledge as a school, to send a clear and visible message to show kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. AMS wants all to know that no child should ever experience bullying in or out of school. Go DRAGONS!
