The data shows a drop in TMP experiences from 2013 which is strange because the organization has higher GIP and GCDP goals for 2014 and we need capacity to deliver these results."

Coaching specific entities in aligning TM and OD to GIP growth

ü  13 Entities coached at EuroXpro through a specific TM and OD summit for focus CEE and WENA entities ü  Currently the 20 GIP Focus Entities are being coached for TM and OD ü  The goal is to increase productivity of focus LCs in GIP and balance GIP and GCDP growth

IT system changes for TMP TLP done

ü  MyAIESEC.net will now show us productivity, number of members by programme and by function starting 6th May. The changes have been done and will be released to the network in the next 2-3 days ü  The refreshed NPS Survey will be sent out within the next 12-14 days as well!!


CHALLENGES IT system changes took longer than expected •  Challenges internally with budget and other changes being prioritized •  IT System changes are very important because this will allow MCs and LCs to access basic information about membership and productivity

LC Alignment to MC Goals •  MCVPs understand and really appreciate the direction, however it is very challenging to align LCs to MC refreshed goals and direction •  The role of OD and synergy between OD, GIP and TM to ensure LC development is slow
