Sales performance in this quarter is not very satisfying. The drop of sales are mainly due to: •

Not enough sales activites in vacation/IC (Main reason). It can be avoided by planing sales force for those months earlier. Bad balance in HR/Structure/Management between sales and match: While focusing on delivery, we need to ensure sales activities. It requries better structure, process and talent management. Form control in some big entities. Our action to solve this bottleneck

S&D Forecast Tool-We have further developed the tool from survey so we don’t only know the past S&D, current available forms, but also see entities’ plan for different sub products. Available Forms Tracker Evolution based on Sub Product Clean Database Action-3,000 old forms were rejected in the system. It also aims to cultivate the form audit behavior in the network.
