The Introduction and Overview and Petition for Declaratory Order is less than 30 pages. If none of the other parties (Applicants, Respondent other Amicis and their lawyers) approve a Declaratory Order on behalf of Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness; then that means they do not want Radical Honesty Forgiveness principles to be considered in the interpretation of the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT. They only want the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT interpreted in accordance with pretend truth and pretend forgiveness. I posted a copy of Mr. Coetzee’s Licensed to Breed, article to: Mencken – Licenced to Breed DieOff – Monkeylaw Prophets[2] It is also quoted in my Amicus, in The Citizen vs. McBride. (A.8: Population Policy Common Sense: Exponential Functions, Eco-Laws & Eco-Literacy: Limited World, Limited Rights[3]) Has the Citizen editors, and/or Right-to-Breed lawyers demanded the article be deleted? Are the Citizen’s ‘Rightto-Breed’ lawyers demanding that Mr. Coetzee’s anti-Right to Breed, views be censored and suppressed? Or is Mr. Coetzee not a South African Population Policy Mencken? Does he now endorse the Right-toBreed, and its Tragedy of the Commons consequences? Even the SPCA checks out prospective dog owners and their property before allowing them to adopt an animal. But when it comes to people, it seems we have no such concerns over their physical or emotional well-being. A system that requires prospective parents to demonstrate the necessary material means and parenting knowledge to look after children before being allowed to procreate would be the ideal solution to the problem. Unfortunately, uncontrolled breeding has left humanity far too stupid to implement something of the sort. In my personal opinion South Africa could do with a Population Policy Mencken. (ii) Applicants ‘Silent Middle Finger’ Response to Chief Justice First Amicus Ruling As I stated in First Amicus Application to Chief Justice in Terms of Rule 32 (2) (4); S. 32 & 33 SA Constitution and the Law of Limited Competition[7] to the Chief Justice: A

As can be noted in First Amicus: Proof of Email Service & Correspondence[8]; the Applicants and 2nd and 3rd Amicus Legal Representatives have refused to provide the 1st Amicus with any of their filings to the court; or any objections or reasons for such objections to the Chief Justice’s ruling on behalf of the 1st Amicus.

It is accordingly the First Amicus Radical Honesty Interpretation, that the Applicants and 2nd and 3rd Amici’s refusal to act in accordance with the Chief Justice’s ruling on behalf of the First Amicus[9], is that, they are in effect giving the Chief Justice’s the Silent Middle Finger, saying: ‘We Refuse to Abide by Chief Justice’s First Amicus Curiae Decision in this matter, We have No Interest whatsoever in any Culture that Practices Sincere Forgiveness, and even less interest in any sincere Forgiveness Interpretation of the National Unity and Reconciliation Act.’

IF[10](F[11]) that is the correct interpretation of the Applicants, 2nd and 3rd Amicus intentions, 1st Amicus takes note of their Silent Middle Finger Response, as well as their decision to censor the Radical Honesty Sincere Forgiveness interpretation of the TRC Social Contract, from the South African public, which not only denies the public the opportunity to consider the different interpretations of the TRC Social Contract, but also denies the Chief Justices the opportunity to hear the South African public’s perspectives on the matter, whatever it may be.

Alternatively, I can give you more detail on any aspect. I filed an application to the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, to be accepted as a ‘Radical Honesty White Refugee’ Amicus (Friend of the Court) in a legal matter before the Constitutional Court about the Interpretation of the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation (TRC Act). My Amicus Argument is that: The TRC was a fraudulent PR publicity stunt, and that essentially it needs to be re-negotiated (I would suggest a Confederacy of Tribes as the most workable solution) because: ONE: Only a sincere and serious specific and unambiguous Truth and Forgiveness Social Contract, unequivocally understood and practiced by the common man can ever contribute to sincere and serious forgiveness and reconciliation of any violent and conflict ridden family, community, culture or society. TWO: Any legislation or jurisprudence which professes to advocate on behalf of human rights, peace and social justice, while ignoring their ecological basis – a stable human population at slightly less than the eco-systems carrying capacity – is endorsing and practicing legal dishonesty and hypocrisy; i.e. fraud. It is legislation and jurisprudence that is deliberately indifferent to the laws of sustainability. For more on the justifications for the illegitimacy of the TRC Social Contract, I argue that: a. It professes to be a social contract for a multi-cultural society, but avoids providing any cultures definition for its founding concepts of ‘forgiveness’ ‘reconciliation’, ‘closure’, ‘ubuntu’, etc; which different cultures have very different definitions for. b. From the time of the Interim Constitution to the time of the TRC Act, the definition of ‘amnesty’ was changed, violating the original ‘peace’ agreement. c. Truth and Reconciliation was not done, and was not seen to be done (as perceived by an impartial observer from a culture that practices sincere forgiveness) [A country with the highest murder and rape statistics, far higher than ever under apartheid, cannot be said to have forgiven, not to be ‘at peace’]. d. The TRC avoided making an impartial Crisis Management Enquiry into the Origins of not only Apartheid, but the Population Policy (Population Pressures of high population growth) root causes of the Political Violence; the TRC was interested in one thing only, to label Apartheid a ‘crime against humanity’. Information and evidence providing rational demographic justifications for the creation of apartheid as a defence mechanism to protect the small white minority from the exponentially growing black majority were deliberately ignored or avoided. Information and evidence to provide rainbow perspective context to the multiple struggles being waged by multiple groups were avoided; the TRC were interested in the ANC TRUTH ONLY, NOT RAINBOW TRUTHS. The TRC was not even interested in hearing from their own ANC members, who had been imprisoned or had family members tortured and executed in ANC’s Camp Quatro and other prison camps in Angola. Demographics (Population Pressures) as a National Security Issue; * Ecoliteracy, EcoNumeracy and Laws of Sustainability] The Chief Justice approved my application to proceed as an Amicus, as a member of the Radical Honesty culture and religion (See attached: Amicus Directions-Received-from-Concourt). I am unrepresented because (i) I am the only member of the Radical Honesty culture and religion in South Africa, (ii) We don’t have any lawyers in our culture, because we have a Code of Conduct for resolving any and all disagreements, by means of Radical Honesty (i.e. being specific about anger and remaining in any disagreement conversation until sincere sensate forgiveness occurs (See Founding Affidavit, and Brad Blanton Affidavit for more on Radical Honesty). I have notified the Chief Justice and all other parties, that I have informed International observers (who include Mr. van der Staaij, Mr. Wilders and the Dutch Minister of Home Affairs; others include the ICC: Prosecutor, US Navy Judge Advocate General, Canada’s Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, UNHCR and Norwegian Nobel Committee) of my Amicus, to please monitor it. So, at least it cannot be said that I did not attempt to raise the issues of concern with the relevant authorities in South Africa, right up to the Constitutional Court, and to focus on addressing the root causes of our problems. If we can sort out our problems, its going to take allot of serious frank blunt problem solving; but if not, then I did not run away without trying. RE: the Amicus. It’s a Guerrilla Law Project, cause I ain’t a lawyer; and it includes humour. Now lawyers are even less happy about humour than Muslims, I have found out! Anyway, I also have the problem that many of the Psychology etc authorities I rely upon for my argument, while reasonably well known in International Psychology (Memetics, Neuro-Psychology, Frits Perls school of Psychology, etc) are totally unknown to South African lawyers, prosecutors and judges. So attempting to explain some of the concepts take a bit longer. (See Attached Affidavit of Brad Blanton, and List of Authorities under Heading: Psych. Theory incl. Origins & Meaning of Consciousness) The other Amicus parties in the Constitutional Court matter are: The Citizen Newspaper (Applicants), nd rd Freedom of Expression Institute (2 Amicus); South African National Editors Forum (3 Amicus). Currently the SA media (Applicants & 2nd & 3rd Amicus) have a blackout on the fact that the Chief Justice approved me as an Amicus in this matter, which I imagine surprised all other parties as much as it did me (I don’t think they thought he would approve me as an Amicus, considering the Argument). I was quite clear in my Founding Affidavit application that I was challenging the whole Rainbow Nation premise. So, the Chief Justice’s decision to approve me as an Amicus on that argument is quite a statement from the Concourt itself. However all of this has been censored from the South African people, by the SA Media. That is very strange, consider the revolution of consciousness nature of my argument before the Concourt, and that all SA’s editors are parties to the matter, so are fully aware of the Chief Justice’s decision (and not happy about it), but additionally maintaining a blackout about his decision. Additionally, as far as I am aware, I am the first person ever to be accepted to submit an Amicus to the Constitutional Court who is representing myself. That is the short version, the attachments provide more background; but that is what I have been busy with right now. My application to the Chief Justice was more of a formality. I did not expect him to approve it, and was very shocked when he did. Whether he did it sincerely, or not, remains to be seen. So, I shall do my best, and see where the story takes us.
