好農市集 服務中心,內有教室、展覽間及農民市集。 原有看似封閉的建築四邊圍塑內部庭園的自 然,荒費閒置後自然蔓延攀附建築,我將兩 邊建築打通讓自然與人流通,被打碎的量體 形成一個個小型的教室或展覽空間,將原有 自然攀附的鐵皮屋頂移至內部自然中形成新 的停留空間,創造自然與人造物之間不斷交 互相融的狀態。

In the face of the ever-expanding luxury farmhouses, the relationship between buildings and land (nature) is only occupied or occupied. In North Mingdeban, a place between the city and the forest, it is just facing a transformation. abstract 鄉村的景觀隨著大地更換衣裳,看著農田結實纍纍的稻穗,收割機輪番進入田地收 割。農人與大地彷彿同步呼吸著,感知著自然韻律與脈動而生活。這個當下,我感 受的是與這個世界一同存在。但是到了都市,四處林立的水泥叢林,或晴或雨好像 沒有差異,日復一日喪失了感知自然的敏銳

The rural landscape is changing clothes with the ground. Watching the sturdy rice ears of the farmland, and the harvester take turns entering the field to harvest.Farmers and the earth seem to breathe synchronously, perceiving the natural rhythm and pulsation to live. At this moment, what I feel is the existence with this world. But in the city, there are no differences between the concrete jungles, whether sunny or rainy.Day after day I lose my keen sense of nature.

城市與鄉村似乎是兩個極端的存在。我開始思考,高效的城市與悠閒的鄉村難道不能同時 共存嗎 ? 即使,現今的城市規劃策略,置入不少自然 ( 如公園 ),而這些被「置入」的公園綠地, 絕大多被視為「填入」或「補滿」城市剩餘的空間,真正的自然勢必還是被排除在人們真 正相交的場域中。換言之,人們雖然居住在「新自然」的環境中,但是人與真正的自然還 是難以交融的。人造物與自然彷彿分布在光譜兩端,我試圖在其中尋找人造 ( 建築 ) 與自 然之間更多的切片。

Urban and rural seem to exist on two extremes. I started thinking, can't efficient cities and laid-back countryside coexist at the same time? Even today's urban planning strategies place a lot of nature (such as parks), and most of these parks and green spaces that have been “built in” are considered to “fill in” or “fill up” the remaining space in the city. Nature is bound to be excluded from the field where people really intersect. In other words, although people live in a "new nature" environment, it is still difficult for people to blend with real nature. Artifacts and nature seem to be distributed at both ends of the spectrum, and I am trying to find more slices between artificial (architecture) and nature.

我找到一些案子在尋找人造與自然之間的互動。感知自然、感知大地的時間,或是隨著時 間與自然發生變化。進一步,我發現自古以來,人類的生活就深植於自然的脈動中,順應 著自然的節奏而生活,古代華人農業社會發展出依循自然脈動的生活智慧 - 節氣、曆法, 便於紀錄大地的變化。

Rural life and Solar terms I found some cases looking for the interaction between man-made and nature.Perceive the nature,the seasonality of the earth, or change with time and nature. Furthermore, I have found that since ancient times, human life has been deeply rooted in the pulse of nature. Living in accordance with the rhythm of nature, the ancient Chinese agricultural society developed the wisdom of Solar terms, calendar, which follow the pulse of nature, to facilitate the recording of changes in the earth.

晴耕雨讀

晴耕雨讀是一個計畫,提出了都市與鄉村共存、感知自然、置入生活的一個願景。藝術家 林詮居與忠泰基金會合作在寸土寸金的都市種植一畝田。透過親身耕讀的生活,慢慢培育 出這批稻米以及衍生而來的文章畫作。過程中作物的生長、鳥類、昆蟲的出現帶給周遭居 民一個新的衝擊,生活上的小確幸,在都市中重新感受土地給予的訊息。 不過這終究只是一場計畫。計畫結束,不久後這塊地也蓋上高樓,城市還是城市。

那,能否找到一種日常的生活方式,介於都市與鄉村之間 ? 建築與自然可否 找到一種互利共生的關係 ? 或說,互為彼此存在嗎 ?

Qing Geng Yu Du Qing Geng Yu Du is a project that proposes a vision of coexistence of urban and rural areas, perception of nature, and integration into life. The artist Lin Quanju and Zhongtai Foundation cooperated to plant an acre of land in a city with a lot of money. Through the life of farming and reading, they slowly cultivated this batch of rice and derived articles and paintings. During the process of crop growth, birds, and insects, The growth of crops, the appearance of birds and insects in the process brought a new impact on the residents around, a little luck in life, and re-sensing the message given by land in the city. However, this is only a plan after all.When the project was over, the land was soon covered with tall buildings, and the city was still the city.

So, can we find a daily life style between the city and the countryside? Can architecture and nature find a mutually beneficial relationship? Or, do they exist for each other?

Natural farming I started my research on agriculture and found that more and more urbanites have recently become tired of the unchanging life of the city and are engaged in half-work and half-agriculture life. In response to this lifestyle, they mostly used natural farming which cultivate with soil nutrition itself. Without additional external force (fertilizer), such as field height difference and waterline control, mixed intercropping, co-prosperity crops, reducing human interference, a small amount of variety, creating a cycle of biological diversity, seemingly messy but designed Under the nature.

SITE 宜蘭,全台灣豪華農舍問題最嚴重的地方,其中,礁溪面臨著觀光及房地產興起,最新的 都市計畫進一步瓜分剩餘的土地,而農業區則不斷割裂。其中「南北海軍明德班」介於城 市與山的邊際。因為軍方撤出,現將轉作文化設施。其中「北明德」因為緊靠山又封閉閒 置一段時間,自然再度滲入其中,形成人造物與自然混雜交融的狀態。根據基地特性,大 致可分成三區,工兵大樓與最大空地的集合場;四邊圍塑的行政大樓;底部隱沒在雜草樹 林如同漂浮的屋頂的棚架群。我認為這是一個極佳的實驗場所,實驗如何在都市與自然的 交界找到一種人和自然共存的生活方式,並試圖面對豪華農舍的問題。

基地的後方,自然蔓延進入,幾乎覆蓋了人造 物的鋪面及圍牆上,模糊了基地內外的邊界, 看起來就如同外面的山林。工兵大樓的背面, 因為位置與風向的關係,導致其表面產生明顯 的風化痕跡;而其正面,也就是背對山的一面 卻是異常的乾淨。部分建築內部,自然還未滲 入,留下最人造的狀態。人造物與自然在基地 裡呈現互相交融、多層次的共存在某個時間片 段裡,我試著在人造物跟自然光譜的兩端之間, 找到更多更細的切片。

簡述 原芝山岩地區房屋多為動員戡亂時期違法但卻被當局默許的違章建築,經過時代更迭,房屋也逐 漸老舊待更新,加上此處屬大天母生活圈,地價房價逐漸攀升,環境品質、生活機能皆完備,於是 許多建商就抓到機會找居民一起發起一案一案的都市更新,由於都市計畫下的獎勵容積等政策,使 的周圍一棟棟高樓逐漸竄起,嚴重威脅芝山岩文化景觀。 不少該地居民希望能不透過建商,達成民眾自主更新,以期望達到更新房屋又能增添社區好品質, 而不是為了避免更新成本,將生活環境品質換成了建商的利益。

簡述 這個計畫對象是一群在社會較弱勢的族群,透過自辦更新,政府補助公益設施、新住戶出租單元 建造費用為前提: 以原住戶單元、鄰里參與設計的模式,以導入部分新住戶、增設鄰里公益設施來減少居住環境、生 活模式、生活文化上的摩擦與衝突,達到平實好用、儉約無華的原則,來維持原有的生活、環境與 文化質感,並為逐漸凋零、沒落的舊都心注入新的居住元素。這是一種新的社區體系 : 空間開始被孕 育,共組成「家」,也是我們居住與互相見面聚會的地方。「家」可以是老人家與非親屬的青年家 庭的共組,也可以是一種相互依賴的數個小家庭。另外此設計需將公益團體 Red Room 紅坊國際村之 運作空間納入設計為運作的共載體。 透過一個個簇群有著該簇群因應的居住單元,彼此又有一個屬於公共、互相了解、互助的地方, 連通各居住單元,共同維持整個社會住宅的運作。

BACKGROUND 大橋頭,迪化街一段鄰近台北橋地區,早期因為鄰近台北橋以及淡水碼頭水門,農民收成後靠著 陸運及河運的關係,可將稻穀運送進來大橋頭碾製,故從日治時期開始,總共聚集了 46 間碾米行在 大橋頭。 碾米行又稱作「土礱間」,稻穀可經由土礱碾製,從底部產出糙米,之後再經由白米行將糙米碾成 白米,白米再給米行販售給一般民眾,故大橋頭的土礱間在當時是供應大台北地區非常重要的糧倉。

同時米行間也產生非常有趣的社交模式,例如米行老闆成立「輕音樂團」,以音樂作為米行間互助 表演方式,甚至當時樂團還坐火車南下到全台巡迴演出。米行間也會舉辦「吃會」,在飯桌上談論 生意上的事情,類似今日同業公會聚餐。

我認為,社會住宅像是珊瑚礁的生活圈,裡面有一些族群,各有特殊需求,因應這些需求形成一 個單元 ( 簇群 ),像是珊瑚海葵讓特定生物獲得庇護或是在裡面生活。各單元 ( 簇群 ) 中又有一個相 互了解、學習、互助的地方,像是海底總動員的學校那樣,大家攜手合作互相幫忙,共同維持社區 運作。

簡述 本基地位在臺北市早期發展中心之一的大同區,該區域擁有極為豐富的歷史人文脈絡;同時, 基地周邊具備性格強烈鮮明的人文與自然環境條件;日新國小、建成公園、赤峰街文創聚落等, 我試著將周圍的元素,以函購觀點切入作為設計。 基地旁邊赤峰街,舊時為打鐵街,房屋多為洗石子、混凝土的兩層矮房,現多屋頂加蓋及鐵捲 門等鐵皮元素,極少部分的磚頭及木作,緊鄰基地的建成公園形成附近社區活動的公共空間,也 作為承德路龐大車流與社區的緩衝地帶,因此我設想作為此基地的公民會館,應是一個動靜活動 穿插的空間,配合在地的材料及形式轉化,製造出符合社區內的氛圍及熟悉感,提供附近居民另 外一個家。
