We have received your letter with reference Nº МС-1642 dated July 11th, 2018, which informs about the frequency overlap between the IRAZU satellite network and the frequency assignments of the ARMAVIR Russian radar station recorded by the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau (Part II-S IFIC 2605/16.10.2007, terrestrial services) in the downlink frequency band 436,4925 MHz to 436,5075 MHz. Aware of the operation requirements for the IRAZU satellite network as per the ITU Radio Regulations, we have already contacted the satellite operator Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica to request that the appropriate actions are taken to ensure that no harmful interference is generated to the ARMAVIR radar station.
