Wildlife surround us everywhere: Sea, Low Jungle and Mangrove. This natural exuberance motivates us to prepare food that excites with the primal fire and the smoke smell, just as in every little village of Mexico.

ENGAGEMENT In order to maintain our quality and freshness, we don’t use products we transform the landscape into food. To do so we have a deep understanding of nature and we cultivate relations with the communities around us, hence our menu variate as a result of these interactions.
