TERMS & CONDITIONS The benefit and/or service information referenced in this document is accurate as of April, 2018. Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have or have had this product. The annual membership fee for the Centurion Card is US$3,000. The annual membership fee for the first Additional Centurion Card is US$0. The annual membership fee for each Additional Centurion Card after the first one is US$1,500. The annual membership fee for each Additional The Platinum Card® will be US$0. 2.
