Martin Hoshino Judicial Council Misprision of Felony: Honest Services Fraud, RICO Racketeering
Federal misprision of felony (18 USC 4), Judicial Council Administrative Director Martin Hoshino: Failure to report RICO-racketeering (18 USC 1962), honest services fraud (18 USC 1346), color of law conspiracy and other documented crimes by Sacramento Superior Court judges and judge pro tem attorneys. The Judicial Council is responsible for ensuring the consistent, independent, impartial and accessible administration of justice of the largest court system in the United States. Sacramento Superior Court whistleblowers contend that Hoshino and the Judicial Council are responsible for ignoring systemic civil rights violations, honest services fraud, and RICO racketeering by Sacramento Family Court judges and judge pro tem attorneys against indigent, financially disadvantaged and disabled pro per litigants.
