3-in-1 Vintage Boutique Classic, designer, repurposed vintage clothing come together for one-day show with 11 dealers/designers CULVER CITY — May 22, 2010 — Clever Vintage Clothing and 10 other vintage clothing dealers who are all mutual friends will come together for a one-day show featuring classic, designer and repurposed wears on June 19, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the LightSpace Studio in the Helm’s Design District in Culver City. This free event is open to the public and merges the best elements of a vintage show with that of a pop-up shop. While the focus is on vintage clothing, some vendors will also sell vintage accessories and other “smalls.” Dave Temple, owner of Clever Vintage Clothing and organizer of the event, said the boutique is special, because all of the dealers participating are close friends who have a common love for vintage clothing. They all buy and sell from one another to support each other’s success. Temple believes it will create a comfortable and intimate environment that customers will appreciate and enjoy. Café Max will provide a scrumptious selection of food at the event. Vendors are as follows: Classic Vintage Clothing Le Lace Timeless Vixen Clever Vintage

ABOUT CLEVER VINTAGE CLOTHING Clever Vintage Clothing launched in 1992 after its owner Dave C. Temple spent a lifetime inspired by vintage apparel and collected a garage full of great finds from across the United States. Temple eventually set up a showroom in downtown Los Angeles where customers of all kinds — designers, stylists, buyers, store owners, and vintage clothing collectors and enthusiasts — could find the vintage clothing they either personally wanted or needed for their business practices at a fair price with less hassle. It was a clever endeavor that has grown for over a decade and remains in its original downtown Los Angeles location.
