Meet Your Team!
Executive Summary Name: Mike Kloosterman Role: Project Manager Did you know? Mike has run a total of 18 marathons (not all at once)!
Welcome to On Location!
My name is Mike Kloosterman and I am the Project Manager for the General Contractor overseeing the construction of your new space. Together with Field Manager Larry Wolters, I will help coordinate the nuts and bolts of the building process. Over the last few months you may have seen Larry and I walking around your existing space. During that time we were investigating and roughing in new services to facilitate the construction of your new center. Larry and our sub-contractors have made great strides in completing the new freezers, processing room, repair room, and donor exit vestibule. All of these spaces
add up to our initial phase of construction. In the next few weeks we will be putting the final pieces together for the completion of Phase 1. When you ring in the new year, you’ll also have a brand new Donor Floor! Thank you for helping in this initial transition and continuing to work with us throughout the construction process… March will come quickly, we promise! Happy Holidays!

Examples of PPE include items such as gloves, high visibility clothing, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices and hard hats. Some of these items, like hard hats and eye protection, are required 100% of the time on-site, while others, like gloves, are required only when performing certain tasks. Two Week Look Ahead
The next two weeks will represent the final push for completing your new donor floor. Currently we are working on the ceramic tile, wall coverings, ceilings, HVAC systems, & lighting. Next week we will begin installing the flooring and start putting the final touches on all of the finishes for city inspections at the end of the week followed by Grifols final review on 12-22-14. The big day to look forward to is Sunday night 12-28-14 where the switch from the old donor floor to the new will finally happen! We will be working around the clock from now until then to make sure we are ready!
