The kitchen expansion is off to a running start with the excavation, foundation, and masonry walls complete. We will soon be erecting steel and demolishing interior walls to open the new space to the existing building. Residents have enjoyed watching the activity on site and will be pleased to see activity ramping up even more in the coming weeks as we renovate the existing kitchen space. Project Look Ahead

We’ve completed the exterior walls of the kitchen addition and are ready to begin the steel work. After we finish this portion, we will start working inside the existing kitchen, doing demolition and utility work to make way for the new kitchen equipment. At the same time, the roofer will take advantage of the summer weather to replace the roofing. Scott Jesko, Field Manager 616.392.2383
