Nuts & Bolts Rest Haven Homes
Executive Summary
Crews worked persistently over the recent weeks to put the finishing touches on the kitchen, dish washing, and prep areas. The hard work has paid off with Phase 1 of the project now complete. Within a few days, we will be making progress on the demo of Phase 2, the spa, and in midNovember Phase 3 will start in the resident wing. With the last quarter of the year underway, we have a good amount of work laid out to bring the on site team right into the new year. Maria Nykerk, Project Manager 616.392.2383

Project Look Ahead
As fast as crews wrapped up the kitchen this week, they will begin demoing in the Spa in just a few short days. After that, the utilities will be reworked to match the new layout. The spa will then be set in place, and the rooms will be put back together. By the end of October, we will start the finishes for this phase.
Upcoming Milestones » Begin Spa Demo » MEP Underground Rough-Ins » Metal Stud Framing

Ladders are used by most, if not all, trades throughout various stages of construction projects on-site...and at home. Ladder safety is extremely important not only at the jobsite, but at home as well. Here are a few safety tips to keep in mind when storing those adirondaks in the garage attic: » First, inspect the ladder to assure there is no damage. » Next, only use a ladder on a stable and level surface. » Finally, do not step on the top step or rung of the ladder unless it was designed for that purpose.
