THE BLUEPRINT BULLETIN St. Mary’s Education Center Construction Newsletter

Executive Summary

The dog days of summer are upon us, but it has been anything but slow on our job site. We now have all the block walls in place and are making the tricky connections between the old and the new buildings. Our construction team has started the difficult task of extending both the main stairs and the elevator up to the new second floor. This is by far the most complicated part of the project but things continue to go well and we remain on schedule. Mike Parker Senior Project Manager

From the Parish Dear Friends,

FUN

I don’t know about you, but my summer is being measured by building progress rather than dates! It is amazing to look at pictures of our property before the construction began and to now see how the building is taking shape and changing the landscape. While there have been a few setbacks with leaking water and other minor problems, overall things are moving forward very well and we are very much looking forward to being in our new education center and school building in late November or early December. A huge thank you to all of the contractors who are working so hard to create a first-class facility for teaching our children!
