Four Week Look Ahead
Selective demolition is complete in all three areas of the building. Framing of Area A and Area B are complete and framing of the new addition will begin in two weeks. In addition, the plumbing, mechanical and electrical contractors are finishing up roughing-in the utilities. The concrete trucks will be on-site this week to pour the addition in Area C. Next week, the new mechanical unit above the ceiling will be hooked up. The drywall in Area B will start in three weeks, and Area A will begin a week later. By the end of January we will have painted walls! - Julie Cole, Project Coordinator juliec@elzinga-volkers.com
