Pegarle al niño es mortificarlo y afligirlo. Se piensa que una nalgada de vez en cuando es necesaria. Esto no es verdad. Golpear a un niño le enseña a tener miedo, que puede ser abusado, a limitar sus habilidades de ser autónomo y responsable, a suponer que la violencia es justificada, a comportarse como víctima, a no razonar y aprender que existen cosas que se hacen "porque le da la gana" a alguien mas fuerte que el otro. En el plano emocional, después de las nalgadas, empujones, bofetadas, puños o paliza etc., los niños quedan heridos profundamente ante la humillación sufrida, con la autoestima disminuida y con un odio enfermizo porque lo sienten por sus seres queridos. Se auto percibe sólo, abandonado, triste y amenazado en su seguridad física y mental. Incluso las nalgadas consideradas “no muy fuertes” pueden causar daño físico. Los golpes en la parte inferior de la columna vertebral envían ondas de choque a lo largo de toda la columna, y pueden lesionar al niño, muchas veces hablamos y defendemos los derechos humanos porque todos hemos sido creados iguales. Nadie tiene el derecho de abusar o someter a otro ser humano o de golpearlo, torturarlo, humillarlo o avergonzarlo. y de repente en algunas familias se olvidan que un niño es precisamente ¡Un ser humano!

Cuando el niño es maltratado asocia a sus familiares que lo agraden con el peligro y no puede amarlos a plenitud ni confiar en ellos. La comunicación familiar va desapareciendo y los vínculos de cariño y a f e c t o t a m b i é n .

Estudios demuestran que los padres le pegan a sus hijos por distintas razones. Las más frecuentes son porque lo consideran parte de la educación de sus hijos, porque ellos mismos fueron maltratados cuando pequeños y por falta de control emocional y manejo de la ira. Los niños quedan heridos profundamente, con la autoestima disminuida y con un odio enfermizo por sus seres queridos. Si un niño nunca ve a sus padres resolver problemas de una manera creativa y humana, será difícil que él aprenda a hacerlo. Por esta razón, los patrones se repiten de generación en generación.

If a child sees his parents never solve problems in a creative and humane way, he learns to do so. For this reason, patterns are repeated from generation to generation.

A good education, supported by a solid foundation of love and respect, is the only effective way to achieve a good behavior ground in strong inner values, the home of "good behavior."

Yesenia Flores descendiente, de una familia de grandes artistas donde figuran nombres como Mike Laure y sus Cometas ( Tio ) y Chelo "La voz ranchera de México (Mamá ) entre otros, con el talento por herencia nacida en México un 7 de Agosto, debuta en el mundo del espectáculo a los 4 años de edad en el grupo musical de sus padres Chelo y su Conjunto, Yeni.

A los 6 años graba su primer disco, siendo este de gran aceptación por grandes y por chicos, recibiendo premios por las altas ventas 1,000,000 de copias por temas como "Yo soy la de la mochila azul" y un tema que se volvió clásico el cual interpreta al lado de su madre Chelo, titulado "A la orilla de un palmar" . Madrazo,

(1781-1859). Fue un pintor y grabador español, tanto barroco como neoclásico. Estudió con Gregorio Ferro, quien le enseña el estilo y la técnica de la pintura de Anton Raphael Mengs, en la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando. A partir de 1803, estudió en París, con Jacques-Louis David, donde se formó como verdadero pintor neoclásico y entabló amistad

con Ingres. En 1806, Madrazo, convencido por su maestro David, partió con su amigo Ingres, también alumno de David hacia Roma, donde completó su formación, bajo el gobierno de José Bonaparte marchó becado a Roma.

Allí consiguió un discreto éxito.

Durante el período de la conquista francesa de España, Madrazo, encontrándose en el extranjero, fue uno de los primeros opositores al gobierno de José Bonaparte, por lo que el pintor español, junto con otros artistas españoles en Roma, fue hecho prisionero de los franceses que había en Roma y encerrado en el Castillo Sant'Angelo y luego en la Embajada Española. El 2 de septiembre de 1809 se casó en Roma con Isabel Kuntz Valentini, hija del pintor Silesio Tadeusz Kunst.

En 1813, Madrazo fue nombrado pintor de cámara de Carlos IV. Y, después, Académico de Mérito de la Academia de San Lucas. En los años romanos, José, Madrazo se dedicó sobre todo a hacer retratos, siendo numerosas las obras que represen-

Creó para el museo un catálogo en el que se reproducían litográficamente todas las pinturas principales presentes en la colección. Fue uno de los pioneros de la litografía, el primero que introdujo esta nueva técnica en España. En 1823 fue nombrado Director de la Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando y seguidamente, del Museo del Prado.

Iniciaría una larga dinastía de artistas. Pintores fueron sus hijos Federico, Luis y Juan, así como sus nietos Raimundo y Ricardo.

Oraciones para alabar a Dios, darle gracias o pedir su ayuda.

Paso 1: Tomando la cruz del Rosario: Se comienza con la Señ al de la Cruz y luego se reza la siguiente oració n: Oh Jesú s, es por amor a Ti, por la conversió n de los pecadores y en ORACIÓN DE LA MAÑANA reparació n por los pecados (Para ofrecer cada día a Dios) cometidos contra el Inmaculado Al comenzar el nuevo día, te pido que me Corazó n de Marı́a, que voy a ayudes, que me libres de todo mal, de rezar este rosario. todo peligro y de todo pecado; que sean Paso 2: En la primera buenas mis palabras, mis miradas, mis cuenta grande: ¡Dios mı́o, sentimientos, mis acciones y el fondo de mi corazón. Aquí radica la importancia que tiene en la formación moral y espiritual del educando.

Entre los principales beneficios que se consigue con la práctica de la música son los siguientes: Desarrolla, educa y estimula nobles sentimientos: Enseña a valorar y descubrir emociones.

La música disciplina las mentes y forma en el estudiante la práctica de la responsabilidad y la solidaridad, cualidades que hacen del hombre un ser privilegiado, útil a sí mismo, a la familia, a la sociedad, a la patria. Algunas personas se sienten rechazados por la gente, y ellos buscan la forma de encontrar a personas iguales a ellas que lo comprendan, lo entiendan y lo hagan sentir bien aunque sea negativamente.

Pero los beneficios de la música son mayores ya que representan en la persona un carácter que lo distingue de los demás para hacerlos únicos del mismo modo que se emplea para dormir, relajar, recordar, bailar, estimular, concentrarse o divertirse.

SCHOOL BOY: A MEMOIR Chapter 7: School Lockdown

School,

oftentimes became a space with order and rules, common procedures, expectations, deadlines, some form of routine, some form of cohesion to my existence. It also meant a free warm meal in the morning and one in the afternoon, it meant some form of safety and parental supervision. Most people would find no joy in this, but I did. Preparing for back to school was an event at home. Mom would talk about back to school shopping with my two sisters and I weeks before. She would tell us, “El viernes los voy a llevar a comprar sus cosas pa’ la escuela” My sisters and I looked at each other, smiled and simply said, “YES!”. You see mom worked, always, and gave, always.

Back then she was not much of a deal finder nor were we tied down to a budget. We got what we wanted, simple as that. We got all the mechanical pencils, actual pencils, erasers, pencil grippers, sharpeners, led for our mechanical pencils, pencil pouch, dividers, the biggest most baroque 7 things in one 3” binder you could find, equipped with its own storage pockets and secret compartments, of course we got a backpack every year, just as baroque, we also got scissors, ruler, color pencils, crayons, markers, mini stapler, paper clips (which we never used), hole puncher (which we used to make confetti, but not for our homework). My sisters, got a lot of the same as me, but theirs was Lisa Frank everything.

After all the school supplies, we would go home open everything in complete chaos and disorder, and organized our backpack. Soon after that Mom would take us back to school shopping yet again, but this time it was for clothes and shoes. Again, she would go all out, no budgets. Sure, once we had our first weeks of clothes lined up and school supplies waiting to be used, we had all but two weeks until the first day of class. By the time school would start most of our pencils were almost gone from all of the sharpening, and most of our things would be a bit out of order and missing. This happened in elementary and part of middle school. In high school this was still true, but the things were all plain, they were all simple and meant only for their use, they almost seemed industrial, massed produced. To us it didn’t matter, cool meant not caring or pretending not to care, if in elementary it was all about school materials in high school it was the complete opposite. We carried simple 1” binders and found ways not to carry school materials and books. In classes, it was cool not to participate or care because if you did it would be a bit detrimental to your popularity. I guess where I’m going with all of this, the big point in

elementary and middle school, oftentimes became a space with order and rules, common procedures, expectations, deadlines, some form of routine, some form of cohesion to my existence. This was still true in high school, but this became blurry during school lockdowns.

The worst lockdown was in Mr. Nolan’s English class, it was the last period of the day.

Perhaps, that day we were talking about Amy Tan, Eleanor Coerr or one of John Steinbeck’s novels when suddenly, a voice over the intercom, perhaps it was the principal or one of the assistant principals, said we were all in lockdown. Meaning that something dangerous perhaps treating was taking place near campus, this meant a shooting of some sort near school, which did not surprise us. This lockdown was different, after thirty minutes of being forced to be under our desks, as if it were an earthquake drill, we got impatient, we worried, we feared, we were confused, we were unsure, this was not like other lockdowns, this was not like before, it was well after school and we were still waiting, another thirty minutes must of have gone by when one or two of my peers, got impatient, as we could hear movement behind our classroom, our class was a portable all the way toward the back of the school, right next to the baseball field, and two peers stood up to see what was happening outside our room.

Their faces rose red and pail in shock. They whispered, “Dam, there’s cops pointing their gun at this man who drove his car onto the field”. We could not believe it and soon after, over the school intercom one of the principles urged everyone to please remain in their rooms, since a suspect accused of shooting someone in town and of carrying a weapon fled the scene and brought the chase to campus. We didn’t know how long the man and cops had been on the field, we knew Mr. Nolan knew, but he remained calm, but soon after knowing this we didn’t, we couldn’t, the thought of a bullet piercing it’s way through our portable room, freaked us out, some began to call their parents, many of us just wanted to end, wanted to leave school, wanted to go home. After that day school became strange, different, we all had this feeling of a treat always feeling eminent, it felt possible, it felt like it could happen again. Days after in Mr. Nolan’s class it was not easy to concentrate, anytime we would see movement in the baseball field from the window pane we flinched a little as we tried to learn.
