Materials: • blue-green cardstock (such as Black Orchid collection by SEI) • orange patterned cardstock (such as Black Orchid collection by SEI) • flower stamp (such as dogwood blossoms by Josephine Kimberling for Impress) • orange embossing powder (such as glitter finish Zing! by American Crafts) • Versamark ink pad • yellow word tile • blue-green ribbon • blue-green jewel-like embellishments • embossing heat gun • distressing tool • adhesive

Cut a piece of the blue-green cardstock to 3 1/2 inches by 5 inches. Stamp the flower image in Versamark in the center of the cardstock.

Cover the image with embossing powder and tap off the excess.

Emboss the image using the heat gun. Be careful not to position the tool too close to the paper, or overheat the powder, because it can become “overcooked.

Distress the left and right edges of the blue-green cardstock. Make a card from a 5-by-10-inch piece of patterned cardstock.

Adhere the blue-green cardstock close to the card’s left edge. Tie the ribbon around the bottom of the card. Adhere the plastic tile and jewel-like embellishments.
