GIVE AND TAKE STOP ME when I trail off.. but... Remember : There is no debt. No one owes you. And you do not owe. This is another

way of saying to let go of expectation. Sometimes you have to let go of the expectation that everyone will follow through. Not everybody does. Why are you let down because of what someone else does or does not? It really has nothing to do with you. What other people do or do not doesn’t make you less nor does it make you more. Is it your self-image that is affected by someone promising something and not delivering? Be not so dependent upon other people for your self-image. Really, you are not so fragile. Your life does not depend upon other people. Your well-being does not depend upon other people. Your sense of well-being is not to come from other people.. Your well-being does not depend upon what occurs in the world, , Inviolable love is not dependent upon what occurs in the world either. Let your love be true. This includes love for yourself. Your sense of disappointment does not have to be kept hidden. You can say to people who choose to break appointments with you that you do not do well with disappointment. You don’t have to hold it against them. You also don’t have to rely on them either. Nor do you have to devalue yourself because of how deal with the world. So I am telling you not to take it all so seriously, you have to make time with those whom you feel disappointed by. It’s a fact that friends disappoint. They are not everything you want them to be.. Because you stick to appointments you make is no reason to expect it or demand it of others. Those are your rules, not their rules. Your mistake is taking their actions personal.. This is simply how some deal in life. This is what they learned. Doing what they want at a certain time is more important to them. They may be flakey while you are reliable. They are not wrong for living their lives as they live them. That is their choice to make. You make yours. No one has to live up to your expectations. Better not to have expectations. Take your expectations about the weather. You may well prefer the sunshine, and yet when it rains, you are not affronted. This is how you have to deal with life. Why would you choose to be affronted? Is that the way of life you want to follow? Then someone might say that you are always so sensitive and, therefore, difficult for them to deal with or talk to. Everyone is right from his or her point of view. Look, life is a challenge. Life isn’t run on your schedule and on your terms. You have lived long enough now not to be surprised.. Try to make people who disappoint you change their ways, and you will be disappointed. Dis-appoint yourself of being a judge. It is not for you to make a big thing of others’ ways of living nor is it for you to throw other people away because they disappoint you. Nor do you have to accept everything any more than you have to swallow foods that are difficult for you to swallow. You do not have to expect perfection from others.

Your expectations are not perfect either.

“DID THE MILLION MAN MARCH FALL UNDER THE SOLES OF A MILLION FEET?” October 16, 1995, A calm crisp Saturday morning, everyone filled with excitement to answer the call of Minister

Louis Farrakhan. The call was for one million black men to show up in Washington DC to march. Black men went to pledge to comeback and take responsibility to their families and communities With black on black crime plaguing our communities, the unity was very productive. During that time more jails and prisons were being built, a black male born in 1995 will be 22 yrs old this year. Let’s go to the VA apartments in Houston Texas. One out of three will have already been to prison. I focus on young men because they’re loosing the battle. And no matter how strong a woman is some young men need a man in their lives. Three children I watched growing up, one dead, one prison and one made it. The one that made it, is the one with a man in his life. The other two no positive man in their lives. When these summits are held the leaders are there. Reach one Teach one, ask who’s willing and wanting to serve as a leader in they communities. One person can’t do it alone, so these summits should be held to get out to the communities, and when people show up at these summits, there’s our leaders. They showed up because they care. Dr. Robert Mohammed once was at a give your gun back day, stop the violence, my son was 14 at the time, everything he said broke my heart. “Unproductive” When my son and I got back in the car he asked who was Minister Robert Mohammed. Then he continued to say how painful his words were. The white man this and the white man that, I use the word painful because he didn’t let tears fall from his eyes, the speech was the tears in anger, and sadness coming from Minister Robert. Ooh my it was all about hate the white man, it would have been nice to hear him say, we need black doctors, lawyer’s, stay out of gangs, stay in school, no matter what you’re going through here’s my number, a lot of you young men are being raised by single parents. It could have been a better forum. Very unproductive, Please don’t take it as criticism take it as love and truth. I’ve visited the Mosque here in Houston, same talk, the white man this. A lady was speaking omg! I wanted to scream, she had a brother in jail, he sold the white man drugs. I’m not going see him, he sold the white man drugs. I’m not being critical I’m heartbroken and at the end we all are heartbroken, its pain Failing is when you never try again. The words of the late great Aaliyah, First you don’t succeed, dust yourself and try again. Sincerely, Pamela

King Status Ent,is the Head Quarters and home of King Hearns,HitMan Hearns,Nice Guy,Lebanon don ,Kinglish Apparel,Royal

Tea and Grind For Mode. The biggest movement that came out of Louisiana since Aye Bay Bay. HitMan Hearns is the younger brother of King Hearns which together makes up the hottest duo out right now in the South called “Bruh”.Bruh” is two blood brothers that lived totally different lives but ended up on the same path. A college graduate and a survivor of a 10 year prison sentence in the feds. HitMan Hearns started his music career as far back as his freshmen year in High School where he headlined talent shows,Poetry Contest, and many other different school functions while his brother was away In Prison. After graduating college with a degree in Psychology in 2012 around the same time his brother King Hearns returned from Prison. He took a short hiatus and helped his brother get established in the music industry while he worked a full time job in mental health. HitMan was featured here and there on King Hearns mixtapes but was mainly in control over all his visuals and social media presence. His goal was to make sure that King Hearns got to where he needed to be as far as in the drivers seat of the movement that was discussed between them while he was incarcerated. 2015 came and HitMan moved to Dallas Texas where his brother had recently relocated. King Hearns was living in Dallas about a year and a half but was yet to run his campaign in the city. His buzz and campaign was still targeted at Louisiana and Atlanta. HitMan had began attending all of King Hearns studio sessions helping out with the creativity and perfecting of his craft. They ended up doing a freestyle of the song “Devil Is A Lie” by Rick Ross/Jay-z and released it via social media. The feedback was crazy and people couldn’t but imagine what a whole project would sound like from just the both of them together. It was only right,so they began recording a mixtape that ended up becoming a Album due to the depths and heights the record were going to. The chemistry was amazing. The energy and creativity together in the studio really turned into lyrical warfare. Before dropping on Feb. 12 2016,the brothers was undecided on the title, originally supposed to be entitled,”My Brothers Keeper”. Their team decided that it should be entitled “Bruh”. It made so much sense. Real blood brothers coming together on this level was unheard of. This Album has done more numbers than any other solo projects that King Hearns had released in the past. This is a prime example of Team Work Makes The Dream Work. “Bruh” is currently on Tour as we speak. The “We Just Need An Outlet” mantra was conceived in 2009 from song lyrics and

in 2014, We Just Need An Outlet actually formed into a clothing line, and in 2017, into a society to bring creativity to life in the form of service, deed, or product. To provide guidance, inspiration, and opportunity for the youth in my family, community, and beyond. To be able to “show” and not just “tell”. To be able to use my creativity and wisdom to enhance my marketing and advertising acumen to build creative motivation in myself and others.

DONT POKE A WHOLE IN MY SPACE SUIT 1. Who is Jabari and what separates you from Designers? Mathematician with a B.S. in Mathematics from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio.

Teacher for 5 years. College/University Financial Services for 12 years Basketball Coach Creator/Designer of 2 clothing lines started in 1999 – BARI-The Game Series and BARI DOLL Songwriter, Music Production, Video Director, Video Production and Arrangement Creator of We Just Need an Outlet 2.Where did the vision for NEED AN OUTLET COME FROM ? We all need a platform for expression, motivation, and a little juice!! 3. Where are you from ? I am from Dayton, Ohio by way of Texas, but born in Louisiana. 4. How long have you had this vision and where are you trying to talk it ? The “We Just Need An Outlet” mantra was conceived in 2009 from song lyrics and in 2014, We Just Need An Outlet actually formed into a clothing line, and in 2017, into a society to bring creativity to life in the form of service, deed, or product. To provide guidance, inspiration, and opportunity for the youth in my family, community, and beyond. To be able to “show” and not just “tell”. To be able to use my creativity and wisdom to enhance my marketing and advertising acumen to build creative motivation in myself and others. 5. What gives you the drive and inspiration to keep pushing in such a competitive industry? This is my outlet, I mean literally. This is what I like to do with my free time….this is what I wake up to at night with new ideas. And I think it’s more about how I shoot my shot than how competitive the industry is. This makes me go. Being creative. Finding a hook. 6. Who are your influences ? Completionists. This is a concept that I believe when it comes to bringing ideas to life. You gotta love people that do what they do to the best of their ability and they finish the job at hand.

DESIGNER JABARI 7. If there was any advice that you could give to someone struggling to stay positive and make a better life for themselves, what would it be My advice would be to use the motto/mantra “Don’t Poke A Hole In My Spacesuit!”, when any naysayer, doubter, obstacle, discrimination, ignorance, or malnourished hustle tries to get in the way of your mission. The key is that the goal has to be worked on, and then worked more, and you have to do the work to let people know that “this” is what you want!! You must be clear and you must be fearless!! 8. Is Jabari single or taken ? No comment. 9.Where can we find your product ? Facebook - @needanoutlet nstagram - @needanoutlet Twitter - @weneedanoutlet Email – needanoutlet@outlook.com 10. What projects are you working on now ? We are working on distributing as many “Spacesuit” shirts as the manufacturer will allow. We are getting ready for the “We Just Need An Outlet” contests and giveaways in the next few months to promote our “Don’t Poke A Hole In My Spacesuit” shirts!! We are also working on some of our feature stories that will provide some insight into the world of some creative people. 11.Where do you see your self 5 years from now ? I see the development into a storefront, an App, a Reselling venture, and the continuation of being involved in bringing some cool sh#t to life! 12. Is there anyone you would like to give a shout out to ? The creatives. The idea heads with the dedication to complete the mission and relay the vision. Tow Down started rapping when he was in middle school, and went on to form the group Thugs of Another

Kind, who released their self-titled album in 1998 on D.I.M.E. Records. Branching into a solo career, he landed hard with his debut album, By Prescription Only, the single from which, “Country Rap Tune”, charted at radio and positioned him as an artist to watch. He followed up with Slowed N’ Throwed in 2001, and Chicken Fried Steak in 2002, both self-produced in The Den Recording Studio, a state-of-the-art room he built from the ground up with his brother and business partner, Bernard Theriot. The Den gained a reputation as a mecca for a host of independent Houston bands and rappers as well as many mainstream hip hop and rap artists on an international scale. His client list reads like a Billboard who’s-who, growing to include the likes of Paul Wall, Lil Wayne, UGK, Slim Thug, Mike Jones, Lil Flip, DJ Screw, H.A.W.K., Lil’ Keke, Willie D, Z-Ro and Beyoncé, among others. His tsunami-sized wave of popularity was just hitting its peak when he was busted for growing pot. While attending the 2010 MTV Music Awards, Tow Down’s house and headquarters was raided by federal agents. In one fell swoop, everything that they had built so far came crashing down. Like most everything else Tow Down does in life, his marijuana business was on a grand scale, and with a grow operation that was valued at over $10 million a year, he and his brother were looking at major time. He received a sentence of sixty-one months (just over five years) and his promising career seemed like it might be over. Never one to step back, even in the face of adversity, Tow Down took this as an opportunity to grow musically and help others in the process: while in prison he established a music program to help other inmates learn to play, write and record music, and by the time he was released, he had written enough new material to fill several albums. He jumped straight back into the studio, and the results are just about ready for the big reveal. 2016 is shaping up to be a year of rebirth for the prolific and talented artist/engineer/producer, and with a comeback of this magnitude, the world can’t help but take notice.
