Royalty Imagine God gave you a crown, Thorned and Tilted Piercing like God left a card on the table that said, “Those aren’t diamonds my child. I pimped out your angels be-dazzler. P.S. We love you.” Imagine it weighed all of Gods transgressions, His hopefulness His love Imagine the weight God felt when she learned, That unlike Love, infinity does not come with conditions It comes with purpose. To teach that it is better to love fluidly, than to spend eternity analyzing why it is so difficult for anyone to choose you. To be creator of all that is and still told you aren’t good enough.

Would you wear God’s crown? Or would you throw it away like the black, rainbow, vomit colored sweater my mom gave me for Christmas one year. Would you cherish it? Would you sign an agreement with humanity that says, “I will love you despite your imperfections, even though I already know most of you will leave me. Will shun me when I need you most. Mock my creations like prayer only translates to your voice. That I vow to hold my regrets in silence, because vanity dripped into your design the day I shed tears over sacrificing my son for you. Would you cherish God’s crown? Trade it for your own to relieve our Creator of her heartbreak, Of his loneliness, Would you spend eternity treating God

like Royalty.

Nipsey Hu$$le

Ermias Joseph Asghedom (August 15, 1985 – March 31, 2019), known professionally as Nipsey Hussle (often stylized as Nipsey Hu$$le), was an American rapper, entrepreneur, and community activist from Los Angeles, California. Emerging from the West Coast hip hop scene in the mid-2000s, Hussle independently released his first mixtape, Slauson Boy Volume 1, to moderate local success,[2] which led to him being signed to Cinematic Music Group and Epic Records. Hussle became known for his numerous mixtapes, including his Bullets Ain’t Got No Name series, The Marathon, The Marathon Continues and Crenshaw, the last of which rapper Jay-Z bought 100 copies for $100 each. After much delay, his debut studio album Victory Lap was released in 2018 to critical acclaim and commercial success, and was nominated for the Best Rap Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019. Also known for his entrepreneurship and community activism, Hussle inaugurated the “Marathon Clothing” store, which he founded along with partners Carless, the head of the agency, Karen Civil and his brother Samiel Asghedom in 2017, and started a co-working environment which he named “Vector 90”. On March 31, 2019, Hussle was fatally shot outside his store, “Marathon Clothing”, in South Los Angeles. Eric Holder, a 29-year-old man who had confronted Hussle earlier in the day, was arrested and charged with murder on April 2, 2019.

Ermias Joseph Asghedom was born to Angelique Smith, an African-American woman, and Dawit Asghedom, an Eritrean immigrant, on August 15, 1985.He was raised in the Crenshaw neighborhood of South Los Angeles with his brother Samiel and his sister Samantha.Asghedom attended Hamilton High School in the nearby Castle Heights neighborhood, but dropped out before graduating. At the age of 14, Asghedom left home and joined the local Rollin 60’s Neighborhood Crips, a sub-group of the larger Crips gang primarily based in his home neighborhood of Crenshaw. His stage name, a play on the name of comedian Nipsey Russell, originated as a nickname given to Asghedom by a childhood friend. At the age of 19, Asghedom’s father took both him and his brother Samiel on a trip to Eritrea, East Africa for three months in 2004. Asghedom credited the trip with inspiring him to become a community activist with an “entrepreneurial spirit”. Nipsey’s profile continued to grow into 2009, when he collaborated with Drake on the song “Killer”, and also appeared, along with Snoop Dogg and Problem, on the song “Upside Down”, from Snoop Dogg’s 2009 album Malice n Wonderland. He also released the third instalment in Bullets Ain’t Got No Name, as well as his commercial debut single, “Hussle in the House”. Despite the song, which samples Kris Kross’ 1992 single Jump, being well received by critics, it failed to make any impact on the charts. After Epic experienced financial issues in 2010, Nipsey opted not to renew his contract and left the label. Not long after going independent, Hussle appeared on the song “We Are the World 25 for Haiti”, and was featured by XXL Magazine as one of its “Annual Freshman Top Ten”, a selection of ten up-and-coming hip-hop artists to watch. XXL labeled him “Most Determined” of his class,

and LA Weekly called him the “next big L.A. MC”. Hussle was expected to release his debut album, South Central State of Mind, in October 2010. Prior to release, the album was supported by the single “Feelin’ Myself ” featuring Lloyd. While the production was set to be handled from J.R. Rotem, Scott Storch, Mr. Lee, Play-NSkillz, Terrace Martinand 1500 or Nothin’, the album was set to be featured with the guest appearances from Trey Songz, Jay Rock and Sean Kingston. Concurrently, he announced that he planned on releasing a mixtape with fellow rapper Jay Rock, titled Red and Blue Make Green. Following the release of a music video for “Feelin’ Myself ”, the album was set for a December 21, 2010, release; however, both of these projects were eventually postponed indefinitely. After leaving Epic, Nipsey founded his own record label, All Money In. On December 21, 2010, he released his first All Money In Records mixtape, titled The Marathon, which featured guest appearances from Kokane and MGMT. On November 1, 2011, Hussle released a sequel titled The Marathon Continues, which featured L.A. rappers YG and Dom Kennedy. On April 17, 2012, Hussle released a collaborative album with fellow rapper Blanco, Raw. The album featured guest appearances from YG, Mistah FAB, Yukmouth, B-Legit, Kokane and Freeway. In May 2012, Nipsey released a single titled Proud of That, marking his first collaboration with Florida rapper Rick Ross. Nipsey was subsequently featured on Ross’ Maybach Music Group’s song “Fountain of Youth”, which appears on the label’s second album Self Made Vol. 2. The music video was released on October 1, 2012. Rumours began to circulate that Nipsey would sign with MMG, and in December 2012, Hussle himself hinted at signing, however, he also said that he was still looking for the right label. THE MARATHON CONTINUES Hussle said that he would be releasing his third and final installment of The Marathonmixtape series with TM3: Victory Lap in 2013, after it was pushed back from its initial December 2012 release date. He also announced that he was planning on releasing a joint mixtape with a fellow West Coast rapper and frequent collaborator YG. Hussle performed at the 2013 Paid Duesfestival on March 30, 2013 in California. After deciding against signing to a major label, due to a lack of creative freedom, he choose to make Victory Lap his debut album. Beginning in 2013, he released various songs from his upcoming mixtape Crenshaw, including the 9th Wonder produced track “Face the World”, and a The Futuristics and 1500 or Nothin’ produced track “Blessings”.On August 6, 2013, Hussle announced that Victory Lap would now be released as an album, rather than a mixtape. Jay Z personally bought 100 copies. He reportedly sold out all 1,000 copies in less than 24 hours, effectively making $100,000.

Nipsey made a number of guest appearances throughout 2015 and 2016, working with Jadakiss, Trae Tha Truth and YG. In 2016, he released another mixtape, titled Famous Lies and Unpopular Truth. He commented on the 2016 US presidential election by releasing the single “FDT” (“Fuck Donald Trump”) with YG; the song was written about Hussle’s positive experiences with Mexican immigrants in the United States, whom Trump had criticized.

THE MARATHON CONTINUES................... After numerous delays, Hussle’s debut studio album, Victory Lap, was released on February 16, 2018, debuting at #4 on the Billboard 200, selling 53,000 album equivalent units in its first week. The album was met with universal acclaim from critics, and numerous songs entered the Billboard Hot 100, including “Double Up”, “Last Time I Checc’d” and “Dedication”, marking Nipsey’s debut on the chart as a lead artist. Victory Lap was also nominated for a Best Rap Albumat the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019, but lost out to Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy. Over 1 year after its release, the album reached a new peak of #2 on the Billboard 2000 in April 2019 after Hussle’s murder on March 31. His single “Racks in the Middle” featuring Roddy Ricch and Hit-Boy also reached a new peak of #44 following his death. Hussle wanted to focus on “giving solutions and inspiration” to young black men like him. He denounced gun violence through his music, influence and community work.He spoke openly about his experiences with gang culture. He not only funded improvements to neighborhood schools but also spent time with students and participated on panels about growing up in the area and the influence of gang culture. Hussle started a co-working environment which he named Vector 90. From his own experience, he saw the Crenshaw area as being under served and that young people would benefit from communal workspaces. He also intended young people to be able to take classes in science, technology and mathematics at the center. In March, Hussle had contacted officials from the LAPD to arrange a meeting with him and Roc Nation about what they could do to help prevent gang violence in South Los Angeles. The meeting had been scheduled to take place on April 1, 2019. Hussle was murdered the day before. According to Los Angeles Police Commissioner Steve Soboroff, the meeting will still take place at a future date, in Hussle’s honor.

Hussle’s Marathon branding inspired Steve Carless in 2013 when he founded Marathon Agency with business partners Karen Civil and Jorge Peniche. They designed the talent-based brand to attract a diverse set of clients in all stages of their careers. In October 2016, Carless, the head of the agency, told BillboardthatNipsey had invested “like over six figures” in the Marathon Agency and described him as “kind of like our silent partner.” On June 17, 2017, Nipsey inaugurated the “Marathon Clothing” store, which he founded along with partners Carless, Civil, and his brother SamielAsghedom. Opening the store at this intersection along the Crenshaw commercial district was important to him because he wanted to invest and provide opportunities in his neighborhood of Hyde Park . The store is billed as a “smart store,” which bridges the gap between culture and technology by giving customers access to exclusive music and other content created by rappers through an app created by software engineer IddrisSandu. The year before he was murdered, Hussle had bought the L-shaped shopping center where Hussle’s store was located with real estate investor David Gross who was also a South Los Angeles native. Goodness is great! To experience respect and goodness in day to day circumstances takes work. The big wave overshadows our shadows but we must stay the course to learn life lessons. This takes determination. If we were to remove ourselves from our physical body for 15 minutes and observe it from afar, what would we see? Would we see ourselves as a giver, lover, friend, supporter or would we see anger, bitterness, betrayal, insecurity, manipulation and slander? Perhaps a combination? If you are wondering why some people may react a particular way by responding to fear, doubts about self worth, unreasonable criticism. gossip about others in general or if the level of it appears so disrespectful that you can not seem to wrap your head around how you attracted it in the first place, then perhaps a self check is in order. It is time to take a step back. Stop the mental chatter and observe what signals are in your environment. What is our environment attempting to teach us? Emotional surveying can be painful and requires hard work. If we are seeking change, then we have to identify the signals to comprehend the flow of how we create or manifest our reality. By this I mean being aware of what we are saying and doing. At the core of this paradigm shift is the truest gauge. It is the platform where we must launch the unearthing of childhood issues, challenges with triggers and aggressive responses. Yes, it is where we must take full responsibility if we are seeking to change. When the light shines from the depths of the inner self we must get still. Stillness, attracts a universal rhythm that calls forth a wellspring of divine rejuvenation. With practice, our entire environment becomes harmonious almost miraculously but we have to be brave to face our twin self. It is the subsets thirsts for drama and confusion. However, the first step requires one to admit then commit to change. I have found that in my experience, working on the self is magnified by “how” we pray, then pay it forward to magnify our true intent. Observance of self through prayer, meditation and those self check moments are vitally important to this rhythm of change. It is not how others see you, rather, it is in the response. The law of attraction is indeed authentic and real. This rhythmic flow is also interconnected with gratitude. To yield a strong return on this investment, we can help others, create a well spring of good fruit on several levels to mend internal fences. Harmony, balance, genuine humor, and laughter are all healing properties that once it is set in motion so that our soul align with its effects. We won’t be able to contour these emotions all the time, but in those instances where we are in flux, we must get quiet. Why? Well, every thought is a prayer and the most intense outcomes are created there! It is The feed back or responses reflecting the power and that power is magnified.

We deserve to pay ourselves first with this way of being for we’re deserving and entitled. It is alright to experience good. Another way to jump start this wave is by giving. Giving is not subject to “things” like money or gifts but it is composed of small gestures in thought fused with our direction to experience good. Opening a door for someone else, letting someone in while merging into traffic (even in a hurry) or standing in line making small talk with the person a in checkout can be mindful ways to help someone else. Also, I have found nuances in positive gesture like these tend to be quite effective and nurturing.

When our hearts are opened, the level of gratitude provides an opportunity to experience people from all walks of life, variety, culture or the expansion of that acknowledgement to learn something new. Being an act of virtue, it makes others happy and becomes a cyclical act of kindness because it is coming from the heart. It is genuine and enhances the belief that like you, perhaps there are humans who do have magnificent qualities. Alternatively, behaviors that cloud the experience to share is like a shadow that breeds divisiveness and fear. It looms over possibilities to grow with bolts so tightly driven that it exposes vulnerabilities. Structures whether in in social, or business settings host these weak points. This would happen to be one of those focal points that pushes the alter ego to grandstand, drive competitiveness and the need to horde thoughts about beating someone to over rule. The appetite expands and morphs into an emaciated composition of ideas to obtain more materially so exploiting it is never enough. The depths of this illness is so deep that folks have a CLUE that there are behavioral challenges. This trend of mental anguish does not entertain limitation because by all appearances, there is nothing wrong so the capacity to realize it. The behavior becomes marginalized. Then, as the issues grow, the pathology kicks in. What appears to be normal, is normal and so the law of attraction continues to feed it. The realization is that giving is not a random act rather, it is entitlement door to those believed to be deserving. The incessant programming response is connected to false expectations. The power of greed tumbles about as a force and shifts the intention on demand through favors. An eye for an eye. This behavior can be cold and frightening. My experience has led me to observe this group quite closely. Those who like to steal - ideas...intellectual, suppress information so that the shine, and bully folks through manipulation tend to think this behavior counts as mere philanthropic trade off for giving. The universe does not recognize good or bad, but it does recognize ‘cause and effect’. It is an act that molds itself in the womb of the mind and heart by pitching or perpetuating division. The womb is creation and a very powerful place so the person who harnesses selfishness like a child, ends up passing the baton subconsciously without having realized the intricacies of their value system.

As it intensifies, the issues of esteem, value and character placement become rooted to reinforce this sense of entitlement; seeing kindness as a weakness or giving as a burden when it is quite the opposite. Those chips fall upon their shoulders of our children who, for an example, are being told that they should not speak with a certain type of child in school, perform honorable acts or associate with other children in the neighborhood due to inherited ignorance. The foundation promotes selfishness, compliments greed to drive the message and robs them of their ability to explore. Not everyone has to lie, cheat or take away from others in order to be happy. It is a crucial point during the creation process for everyone. In the past, I have even fallen prey to it, but with hard lessons came to some serious realizations. I was forced to make adjustments, atoned for my behavior and change my attitude. We must battle with the lower twin self to protect the heart. When our challenges pop up, how do we train ourselves them to recognize it and how do we overcome these tendencies to block our blessings so that can reap better benefit based on humility? 1) stop talking about people because 10 cycle continues if there is an resolution or solution to the complaints 2) figure out how we participated in the act on the issues and cuss word to find the solution toward abetter outcome 3) the real with ourselves about what we would like to experience in those relationships that don’t support our happiness and stick to the decision. It is simple and amazingly full proof. So, being top of mind, conscious and kind works wonders. Always remember, be ing true to ourselves is the seeds we must plant for goodness to prevail! It is full proof. For all that you do in goodness, goodness 10 fold comes back to you. Man, these Visions on the Vine are something! By Carmela Walker Aka: C love C light

THE SCIENCE OF EMOTION The relationship or relations between yourself and your undeveloped emotional actions still has a source or energy that is entropy. The cause of oneself is an interruption of the soulful self and being. Since entropy and its order has properties, thoughts have properties too, including being translucent. There is much to be learned from that specific ordering of energy from your personal connection not assumptions. Next, we must define an emotion. An emotion, like most every other immaterial entity, is a projection of information from the immaterial void to the material realm. It is in this room we find the most confusion. The chaos that is and can be distributed from the internal self to the external action causes a distinct disruption in the energy that we don’t understand. This is why we work on the living science and action of emotional intelligence. Emotion is a distinctly different ordering of entropy than a thought or thoughts in the emotional body. An emotions’ primary components are different and its properties of transient and amplification have different difusion rates, or rates of spreading/ increasing. In essence, an emotion is the motion of feeling of the soul. As the souls’ tendencies changes. with respect to time, the interference constructive or deconstructive between the information in the soul and its physical environment create a change, or movement, in the order of energy of the soul. Essentially, emotion can be thought of as immaterial motion, wherein the void the soul’s information entropy reacts to what information it receives. For ex-ample, suppose some soul which has the tendency of being predominantly loving interacts with information of a recent death or let’s say disturbances . This information will bring motion to the soul within the void that corresponds to the entropic. information of sadness. A being feels this emotion via the physical body. Just like with a thought that is synthesized or decomposed, the infinite feedback loop of mind and matter is the route of which the information travels. In this case, the information that travels into the being is the combination of love.

Love is connected to each other in the immaterial void. Every. being is partially connected to each other in the material realm. Another way to think of this is we are all connected to the same delocalized zero field that is the immaterial void, but in the material realm, information travels from being to being at the cost of energy expenditure, hence information is lost , matter is energy is information. When information is lost, there is a disconnect between beings. When information is not lost, the energy is absolute connection from being to being. Let us consider a closed system, wherein two beings with two separate physical bodies inhabit this system. Consider some immaterial cause that changes the physical and energetic components of some being. When we consider the system then we can consider it to be closed or open. When the system of the emotional state between beings is close then there is an eruption That can cause failure. When the system is open then it has to be consider the outside energy systems that it can be connected to which is all matter. When the system is connected to all matter then it has the opportunity to flourish and grow to different planes and actions. These actions of information receives new information from the environment. Simultaneously, the electromagnetic field of the physical body and the emotional creation. Specifically coming from the heart and brain which are electrically complex and entropic field that interacts with the electromagnetic field of the globe.

Since the electromagnetic spectrum travels in waves across theoretically infinite distances, there exists a possibility that the two fields interact. Since the fields of human beings are all similar in spectrum, then the probability that the two fields interact increases. This interaction we have known as love and chaos. When two fields interact it cannot stay at zero point. The universe we live within necessitates the existence of the imagination of nature in order to create itself in its image of balance and power. The word power in nature is not like modern day power this power is of the creator and or complete love. The universe is a divine expression of itself. The source of all creation occurs within the immaterial void as it once did during cosmogenesis, and still continues to to this day. The process of creation is within the process of imagination. When the imagination is invoked, information is created from nothings. In order to be invoked, the imagination must be willed into existence in order to project information. Thus, the extent of will yields varying levels of the imagination. Will is an inherent property of the fabric of reality. As in cosmogenesis the will acts as energy from the power form in the void of the mind. When the mind is clear then creation can occur. This is why we practice healing and clearing the mind to allow for the transition and transfer of entropy of our lives in and out of material and immaterial world. 15 Simple Tips to Balance Your Mind, Body & Soul 1. Exercise - Find an exercise you enjoy and start doing it regularly. 2. Be grateful - Stop to think about the things you have going for you and appreciate them. 3. Get plenty of sleep - Sleep is regenerative for your body. The more sleep you get the better you will perform the next day. 4. Breathe deeply - Whenever you think about it stop and take a deep breath. Over time this will become a healthy habit. 5. Install a shower filter - Chlorine is a poison. You don’t want to inhale it or absorb it through your skin while showering. 6. Ground yourself - Literally. Plant your bare feet on the earth as often as possible. 7. Eat organic - Chemicals are killing pests on the crops. They are not good for you either. 8. Do more yoga - Great for the body and mind. MindBodyGreen readers know the importance of this. 9. Smile more - It feels great :) 10. Spend more time with loved ones - In our busy lives we need to make time for the people who matter to us most. 11. Live your passion - Do more of what you love. 12. Meditate - Set some time aside each day to rest your mind. 13. Drink clean water - Get a filtration system for your drinking water. Fluoride is not good for your body. 14. Get outdoors more - Go for a hike and enjoy nature. 15. Eat plenty of greens - Dark leafy greens are rich in vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. They help alkalize the body. Slowly start incorporating these ideas into your daily routine and see how they positively impact your overall health.

3 MINDSET TRAPS KEEPING YOU FROM TAKING YOUR YOGA PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL As a yoga teacher, I’m always helping my students focus on their progress and growth. But over and over, I notice the same seemingly tiny things holding yogis back. Here are three mindset traps that can keep practitioners (myself included!) from taking their yoga to the next level—and how to fix them. 1. Disconnecting during transitions Sometimes I joke in class that yoga is like starring in your very own reality show—the cameras are always on, so it’s never a good idea to just check out. We tend to do this during moments we deem unimportant. This is especially true during transitions: The mind just wants to get there, knowingly or unknowingly attaching your identity to the destination. Stay connected through every frame of the journey. Every moment counts. This attitude helps us cultivate presence in the moment. Meditation can help facilitate this focus, and if we apply this practice to our mat, asana becomes a meditation in motion. 2. Focusing on what you can’t do It’s easy to get trapped in our own sense of inadequacy. Faced with a difficult posture, it can feel impossible to look beyond our own limitations. Rather than focusing on what you can’t do, bring your attention to what you can do. Concentrate on what you’re doing well, and then do it to the best of your abilities. This mentality translates into our daily lives by helping us focus on our strengths. Easier said than done, right? Somehow it always feels easier to focus on the negative.

3. Attaching to a goal At the beginning of class, yoga teachers often encourage everyone to “set an intention” for their practice. That’s different from attaching to a goal. Devote yourself to understanding your goal rather than achieving it. Don’t define yourself by your ability or inability to achieve the goal; you are beyond success or failure. Let go of the results. After all, it’s the process, not the destination, that reveals what we hope to find.
