WATER QUALITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AT THE SATURDAY FEBRUARY 15TH, 2020 TKPOA Board of Directors Regular Open

Meeting, the Inspector of Elections reported that we did not make quorum for the Water Quality Committee’s (WQC) Vote to Replace the “Second Payment” Special Assessment ballot by the February 12th, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. PDT deadline. The quorum requirement for this vote is 761, as of February 12th, 2020 we have received 739 valid ballots. The Board of Directors approved a motion made by the Inspector of Elections to extend the voting deadline to March 19th, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. PDT. Ballots can still be submitted at the Pavilion Ballot Box and mailed to the Inspector of Elections Post Office Box. The new time for the ballot counting will now be March 21st, 2020 at the Scheduled Regular Open Meeting to begin at 2:00 p.m. Property owners can observe the ballot opening and counting starting at 2:00 p.m. at the TKPOA Pavilion.
