WE ARE Being all ALL HEART means two things at the same time. It is about making the most of what we have been given, regardless of our starting points. And, as we become all we were made to be, we live our lives for the benefit of others.

WE ARE We are driven and selfless; relentless and altruistic; for self and for others. We do well to do good. 3

OUR

IDENTITY

Our identity is lived. Being ALL HEART means taking action.

WE BELIEVE, WE LOVE, and WE WILL. 4

WE BELIEVE Only by believing in ourselves and each other will we reach our full potential. Belief is the confidence of knowing that our lives have purpose, and that God is with us. 5

WE LOVE We love, so we fully give ourselves to others. Only in the context of love will we become who we were made to be—individually and collectively.

6

WE WILL Willpower is present within all of us. We have the power to will a better reality into existence.

7

OUR

HERITAGE

We celebrate our Lasallian Catholic heritage as an independent college preparatory school. We serve as sisters and brothers to our students, celebrate God’s holy presence, and commit ourselves to assuring access to those who seek this experience.

8

OUR

HISTORY Born of a collaboration between the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael and the De La Salle Christian Brothers, JustinSiena has served families in the Napa Valley and beyond since 1966. Although firmly rooted in Napa, we are part of a Lasallian ministry that spans continents, centuries, and generations.

The late chemistry teacherturned-winemaker, Br. Timothy Diener, FSC, was a renowned cellar master for 45 years and a pioneer in the winemaking history of Napa.

9

OUR

PHILOSOPHY

We are committed to creating an educational experience that is personalized, experiential, and whole. These differentiating characteristics are not only mutually reinforcing, but also fully aligned to our identity as a Lasallian Catholic school in the Napa Valley. 10

PERSONALIZED.

Relationships have always been the foundation of our work. We have a historical charge to consider ourselves elder sisters and brothers to our students. In all we do, we aim to personalize the experience to ensure that all are seen, known, and loved. 11

EXPERIENTIAL.

We embrace the centrality of community and our inherent responsibility to our environments—both locally and globally. We provide direct experience supported by focused reflection in a way that elevates thinking, touches hearts, and changes lives.

12

WHOLE. In every endeavor, we aim to cultivate growth of the mind, body, and spirit. Like our Founder St. John Baptist de La Salle, we guide our students to become all God made them to be.
