Breakthroughs
To Read the Whole Text, Go To - Breakthroughs I want to talk about something. I just meditated for the first time this morning. I want to talk about breakthroughs and being there for your breakthroughs. I get up in the morning and do about two hours’ worth of video work and inside of that, do a little bit of exercise, do a little bit of meditation. In doing the repetition, sometimes the stuff that I produce isn’t so great, sometimes it’s a drudge actually getting through it. Realizing being ready and putting that time and putting that repetitions in actually allows me to be available and ready for the time when the breakthroughs come.
