CORPORATE IDENTITY A. Examples of well known corporations. a. Yes, they are much larger in size than that of Bestway, but the corporate goals we seek are the same they have been able to accomplish. B. How We Will Increase The Corporate Identity Of Bestway a. Exposure – Showcase the Bestway Express name among thousands of fans across the Midwest. b. Cooperation – Working hand in hand with the Bestway staff, current customers, and customers to be. In hopes of building solid relationships for the future. c. Capability – We can provide first hand experiences for the fans, employees, and customers, that larger companies wouldn’t be able to achieve due to their corporate ladders. C. Our Goal At The End Of The Day a. We want people to leave our events thinking nothing be wonderful thoughts about Bestway Express. b. We want them thinking : i. Now that’s the kind of people I would like to be involved with both professionally and personally.

NEW BUSINESS AVENUES A. We will assist Bestway in any possible way we can to increase corporate income. a. Through the exposure we provide there will be several potential customer’s among the audience. i. Our goal is to connect with these customers. b. We will help entertain these new customers. i. Giving them an exciting inside look into the open wheel racing.

HOSPITALITY & GIVING BACK A. Bestway Express Night @ The Track a. We can arrange an evening at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN where the night revolves around Bestway Express. i. Customers, employees along with family, and also potential clientele can all be invited to be a part of this event. No charge to them, just a way we can give back to those who support Bestway and Jonathan Vennard Motorsports. B. Bestway Race Team Jamboree a. We can host a family oriented gathering, with the Bestway Express race team on display. Greeting and socializing with all involved. C. Bestway Autograph Functions a. We will work with all the corporate partners to make the Bestway race car available to them for events they may be hosting, along with our driver to sign autographs for their customers or employees. D. Bestway Honorary Crew Members a. We can use this as a way to reward drivers who had accomplishments, mileage, safety, or even tenor related.


E. Everything we do much be dedicated to the Bestway corporate family that supports the company. Because without all the pieces to the puzzle we wouldn’t be able to do what we love. V.

MERCHANDISE & APPAREL A. Bestway Express Apparel a. We will develop an eye catching line of Bestway t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and jackets. This enabling our fans and supporters to help spread the notoriety of the Bestway Express name. b. Along with the apparel we will look into other merchandising ventures such as die cast collectibles, can cozies, and other types of memorabilia we can market.

BESTWAY ADVANTAGES A. Family Owned And Operated a. This enables us to take action and engage in certain ways that larger corporations with stock holders and executive boards cannot. B. Bestway Maintains Close Employee/Employer Relationship a. Our down to earth and people friendly ways are one of the strong points of this company. That being said, we can utilize this program to further build the lines of trust with our workers and customers through letting them be a part of all that we do. C. Solid Partnerships Within The Industry a. Bestway does business on a very large scale, while sharing close relationships with those we do business with. This will enable us to utilize these connections to further more represent the Bestway banner through the motorsports world. We will do this by setting up partnerships/co-op sponsorships with the venders Bestway does the largest amount of volume with during the course of the year. D. Limitless Growth Potential


a. Bestway has room to breathe. By that we mean, Bestway has room currently with the industry on the rise to begin a steady growth process. Not only growing in size, but also in efficiency and corporate assurance. VII. CARRIERS ALREADY INVOLVED IN THE SPORT A. Where The See The Most Return On Investment a. Using their motorsports involvement as a recruiting tool. i. They’ve found a large majority of OTR drivers are also race fans. b. Using racing as a stepping stone for employee engagement. i. They have used their motorsports affiliations and events to open the door to more personal lines of communications with employees. In turn this has increased employee morale and built stronger faith in the company. c. They’ve also all had very positive effects by using the racing as a way to strengthen and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. VIII. POTENTIAL PARTNERS A. Reason For Partners a. We would like to bring in as many co-op sponsors as possible to enable us to give Bestway Express the most sufficient support as possible. B. Where The Partners Will Come From a. All the co-op sponsors will be venders of which Bestway is a customer and does a large amount of business volume with. i. It is felt these businesses would be best suited to get involved in this Bestway backed effort; because, if Bestway is growing and doing well, the people Bestway does business with will see these positive effect as well. IX.

BESTWAYS ROLE


A. Corporate Support a. We need Bestway to have faith and be behind us, just as well will be doing in return for Bestway. B. Access To Resources a. We need to be able to work with Bestway, in order to establish lines of communication, and partnerships with the potential coop sponsors. C. Negotiation Assistance a. Having Bestway support on hand during all sponsorship negotiations will be a large contributing factor to our success with those we decide to work with. D. Open Communication Lines & Progress Reporting a. It will be a key factor to keep an open line of communication between the race team and Bestway’s marketing department. Progress reports and recommendations will be very valuable along the way to make sure everything we do bring a positive impact to the Bestway corporation. X.
