I have set up an Independent Business Ownership through Quixtar/Amway Global and all of their partnering stores. Essentially this means I have the ability to bring our fans and supporters any and all of their daily household goods, basic necessities, or luxury items they may purchase, direct from the store’s warehouses. Saving them money by buying direct rather than through a retail store. Through this IBO account I can manage and delegate funds raised to each individual team or driver that is specified upon their signing up. Registering for this program is absolutely FREE! Quixtar mails a single check monthly to our IBO. Once I receive the check for a payment cycle, I’ll then look to my IBO management file, which keeps track of all purchases made by our customers and fans. The management file keeps track of purchases through a set points system. I will then take the point total from a month of purchases in comparison to the amount of money earned and figure the percentage of that total to be distributed to each driver/team based on their fans and supporters contributions to the total. As our sales volume rises through this program, so will our monthly sales commission percentage. That reason alone is why it is important to get as many individuals involved as possible.
