Press as a tool claims articulation to total control over Western Ukrainian ethnopolitical community (june-august 1941) In this it is disclosed leaders of the OUN (b) and OUN (m) claims for total control over the members of "their" ethnic community at the initial stage of the Second World War. It analyzes in detail periodicals that were published in Eastern Galicia in June and August 1941 and were used as tools of advocacy and manipulative influence on the Ukrainian ethnopolitical community. It is separately points on the negative consequences of the escalation of the internal conflict for situation with Ukrainian population of the region in conditions of establishing the Nazi occupation regime. The role of JOHN PAUL II’s visits to POLAND during the transformation of rhe 80’s years of XX century This article analyzes the peculiarities of the preparation for visits of John Paul II to Poland in the context of the historical realities of the 80’s century, characterized their significant for the relationship between church and state. In the focus of this issue is the analysis of the historiographic highlight of the Soviet policy towards the well-off Ukrainian peasantry in the period of the forced collectivization at the end of the 1920s – at the beginning of the 1930s of the 20th century. Though vast historical research has been carried out on this aspect, the science still lacks thorough scientific papers centered on the complex research of all the social and political factors that influenced the extermination of the wealthy peasantry of the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic in the years of 1927 – 1934 s. . Y. Shevchuk. The private military companies. The history of creation and the legal framework of functioning The article provides the major data about the private military companies functioning, their classification and functions. Are analyzed the principal reasons of the distinction of the military market services and the private military companies as its key element. Are defined the actual problems of the functioning and development of the modern mercenary troops, is underlined the uncertainty of the juridical status and the imperfection of the legal regulation of their activity both in the international and national levels. The author suggests considering the private military companies as practically legalized commercial product of the mercenary’s institute evolution. The Problem of the Ukrainian Statehood in Political Conceptions of Polish Emigration After the World war II prospects of the Ukrainian statehood were considered as an element of building of a new geopolitical order in the East Central Europe that would have to ensure the independence of those countries. Polish emigration proceeding from its national interests and the conception of prometheism acted as a propagandist of the idea of the Ukrainian independence and Polish-Ukrainian reconciliation. Political conceptions of Polish emigration had exerted influence upon ideology of Polish opposition and establishment of relations between both countries after gaining of their independence. Key-words: Polish-Ukrainian relations, Poland, emigration, reconciliation, the East Central Europe.

Political language and political discourse: the contours of concepts Analysis of political communication, not only as a way of communication but also as a powerful tool, is actual and has significant methodological potential today. That causes the problem of terms political communication, political discourse and political speech interpretations. This article differentiates between the conceptions political speech and political discourse by various scholars and offeres its own version distinguishing their main functional features regarding the advisability use in the field of politics.
