Asking good questions requires an understanding of the unknown. Nothing has power like asking a question. Questions spark curiosity, curiosity creates ideas, and ideas lead to innovation. Asking good questions is one of the most overlooked skills in business today and the value of the great question is rarely considered. We always have so much information at our fingertips that, in many cases, we assume we know the answers. Good questions are essentials to understanding others.
