Cheese soup with meatballs

EASY 40 min 5 servings

The melted cheese gives this soup a pleasant creamy taste, and meatballs from a beef

INGREDIENTS:

• Products (for 5 servings) • Minced beef - 250 g • Cheese fused - 2 pcs. (200 g) • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. (400 g) • Egg - 1 pc. • Onion - 2 pcs. (100 g) • Carrot - 1 pc. (80 g) • Salt - 1 h. PREPARATION:

The quickest way to make it is in the steamer:

Place the cheese in a saucepan, boil on a small fire for another 3 minutes. Turn off and let the soup stand for another 7-10 minutes. 14. Cheese soup with meatballs ready. Dill is better added to the plate, so the greens will save more useful properties. 16. Serve soup with melted cheese and meatballs to the table.

INGREDIENTS:

• Condensed milk - 320 g • Gelatin - 25 g
