Zoom Reports - Player and Coach Evaluations As coaches, I believe we would all agree that one of the ways our players can really develop their skills is to provide specific feedback which players can focus on improving on their own. Zoom Reports is an online tool which is very easy to use and if you are a director, you can see the evals written by your coaches. Kansas ODP has used Zoom Reports the past three years and it is a fantastic tool for our staff to provide feedback for our players. They also provide other tools like Badges to reward and to reinforce achieving certain skills. Take a look on their website - www.zoomreports.com. If interested, please contact Byron Rausenberger at his e-mail at - brausenberger@gmail.com.
