The partnership also involves the implementation of Salesforce CRM for marketing, sales and operations, as well as the integration of Salesforce Einstein solutions, the world’s first CRM artificial intelligence that delivers AI-created content across every sales, service, marketing, commerce and technology interaction at hyper-scale.

Don Eastvold Junior, also known as Junior, serves as Corporate Director of Prestige Club by Karisma. With a career spanning since 1976 in the vacation club industry, his passion for Mexico led him to open the first timeshare sales program in Acapulco in 1978 and having lived primarily in Mexico for over four decades, including ten years in Acapulco and Cancun, Don has a deep connection to the country. In 2003, he founded what is now Prestige Travelers by Karisma, later becoming Corporate Director of Marketing and Product Development for other wellknown brands worldwide. Returning to Prestige Club, Don is excited about the ongoing challenge of improving marketing, sales and member satisfaction. Adding social media to the equation, he envisions a future where every day brings the excitement of happy guests enjoying exceptional service at the hotel.

Margaritaville and Karisma Hotels & Resorts are excited to announce plans to debut the newest all-inclusive resort under the Island Reserve® Inclusive Collection: Margaritaville Island Reserve® Resort Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. The strategic vision of a company to give back to society celebrated its 11th anniversary this month. The project was initially called Fundación GI, A.C. and was designed under a vision of academic and professional development thanks to the efforts of great leaders. Over the years and based on Mexico’s fiscal framework, a model was designed to promote high-impact programs to support the most vulnerable population in the area of health, and in December 2015, operations formally began under the current Fundación Karisma, A.C. model.

The foundation is consolidated with three lines of action: Health, Disability, Mobile Medical Unit, under the HEALTH approach, we seek to promote the physical well-being of the beneficiaries, improving their quality of life through prevention, detection and timely care.
