Welcome to Karma Sushi Our mission is to give you a great experience. We consider it an honour to serve our sushi, which is not only rich in flavour, but a delight for the eyes too. The presentation on our ceramics, the rustic, minimalistic surroundings under cosy lighting, creates an environment where we can pass on our good karma. Enjoy!

Our Philosophy Wabi-Sabi is a lifestyle in Japan that we live by at Karma Sushi. The cracks in the ceramics and the rustic expression in the presentation of our menu give the uniqueness and character we love. We tribute the unfinished and dissimilarity in our dinnerware as the usage are witness to events that each tell their own story. You are a part of writing the next chapter.

Ocean Grass There are more than 10,000 different types of seaweed, some of which are great to be used in gastronomy. Seaweed is not just great tasting, it is also rich in B12-vitamins, contains a lot of fibre and is also a sustainable food source. At Karma Sushi we combine different types of seaweed, so you can experience it in different ways. As a mixed seaweed salad, in the kombu with a powerful umami taste and in the nori which holds our rolls together. Please welcome this Japanese super food!

Our Garniture Our sushi and sashimi comes with a garniture of poached ginger, wasabi and pickled carrot. Homemade of course. Our ginger is slightly coarse. No additives or ripening agents are added, it is always cut fresh and ripens naturally. The combination of sourness and the pungent taste of wasabi are in perfect harmony with the rich flavour of our selected vegetables and herbs.
